old, dirty sanitary facilities, small, overcrowded pool
The worst place we have ever visited
This campsite is located in the middle of a residential area, approx. 500m from the coast. The beach is at least 5 km away. The swimming pool is squeezed between the buildings of the campsite and other houses, so there is not much space. There is only one slightly larger pool for swimming, but it is... always overcrowded. There is also a covered pool, but it is also overcrowded and smells of sweat due to the lack of ventilation. There are great slides that offer good variety. The sanitary facilities were unacceptable for a 5* campsite. There was an old large building with lots of toilets and shower cubicles. But everything was run down, old and broken. In the showers you had to press every 3 seconds, otherwise the water was off again. The temperature was not adjustable. There were two very small, newer sanitary blocks, but they were constantly overcrowded and therefore dirty. Unfortunately, they were still only cleaned once a day. There is a tiny grocery store with very few products. You also order your croissants/baguettes there. The snack bar is also located there. Quite expensive and mediocre. We didn't try the restaurant. The pitches were reasonable in size, but there was no shade. Overall, we did not like this site at all and it is definitely not worth its 5 *. We will not be returning.

Too costly for tent pitch.
Overpriced
30 euros for a tent pitch is outrageous. No toilet paper. Showers had to be pressed every 3 second . Total ripoff.
