CP is quietly located in a residential area. The water in the pool is very warm and there are plenty of sun loungers (in low season). Reception is friendly. The core business seems to be the rental of mobile homes, caravans, camper vans and tents can only find a few pitches in the back corner. These... are narrow and it is difficult to maneuver in the deep sand - especially without a mover. Due to the tall trees that cover the entire campsite, it is always shady to gloomy. There are no sunny areas. Sanitary facilities are ok, but very narrow shower cubicles - towels and laundry get wet.

Good connection to the cycle path network of the Ile de Ré, beautiful beach approx. 1 km away.
