It is such a beautiful place, and feels timelessly (southern) French. Marie our host was very friendly and relaxed. We're surprised by your comment, especially as you've stayed with us for 15 days without reporting the slightest problem.
Just to clarify: the sanitary facilities are cleaned twice a day, the pool is maintained daily (the trace you mentioned comes from the neighboring fir trees), the waste containers... are managed and never overflow, and the pool gate complies with safety standards.
Our 3★ family campsite, classified at the end of 2024, is appreciated for its conviviality and authenticity. Concerning the chalet, it is clearly stated on our site and in the detailed description that it does not have private sanitary facilities and uses the communal sanitary facilities of the campsite.
