Very friendly, easygoing receptionist and a large pool—but that’s about it. Not enough seating and lounge chairs by the pool. Cold water when washing up, but at night the campground is lit up like a stadium. Outdated restrooms; they’re only cleaned up to a height of 1.80 m.At €36.50 for 2 people and 1 RV, it’s definitely way overpriced—there are cheaper campsites in France in nicer locations than Ceyrat or Clermont-Ferrand; absolutely not worth visiting. For RV drivers without bikes, it’s a long, steep walk to the supermarket. Another thing that struck me—though I don’t know if this is normal in France—is that the fire extinguisher in the shower building, for example, is locked; you need a triangular key to get it out in an emergency. The campground is located in a wooded area!

close to the city and nature, quiet, friendly
Great camping near Clermont Ferrand
Very nice campsite close to the city in the countryside, city bus, nice suburb on the hill, you are quickly in the mountains. Friendly operators.

Close to Clermont-Ferrand, Puy-de-Dôme etc. Quiet and unspoilt rear part of the site.
Negatiivsed
Lack of cleanliness and care (missing coat hooks, broken mirrors, dirty toilet brushes ...)
Unrealized potential
A well-situated place in itself. However, as with many municipal facilities, the employees clearly lack the drive to maintain and care for the facilities properly.
