The beautifully situated terraced campsite with its many trees is surrounded by a marvellous landscape. The mountain area of L'Alta Garottxa is a paradise for nature lovers and active campers. The region of La Garrotxa is located in the north-east … of Catalonia. Camping La Soleia d'Oix is located near the village of Oix and is in a quiet location. There are many hiking trails in the vicinity of the campsite, but interesting sights are also within easy reach of this charming mountain campsite. Camping in the mountains On the way to the campsite, you can already marvel at the vast landscapes and the mountain peaks in the background. The campsite is situated on a gentle slope and can be reached via a well-maintained mountain road. At the entrance you stand in front of a large country house that has been converted into a characteristic restaurant. The owner welcomes all campers at the reception building. Spot under the deciduous trees The spacious pitches are located along various tree-lined roads. Most of the pitches are around 100 m2 in size and have an electricity connection. The sanitary facilities look clean. The campsite also rents out chalets and bungalows and has a number of hotel rooms. Eat out in style The cosy restaurant is worth a visit for its unusual decor alone. The menu is varied and includes local dishes. Breakfast is served in the bar, and later in the day you can enjoy a sandwich or pizza there. There is also seating to enjoy a drink under the tall trees.
