Dangerous camping for babies
2 week stay at nearly €1,500 ruined by constant problems: rehousing, persistent sewage odors, poorly covered terrace under a tree, obligation to report every malfunction to reception.
Baby pack invoiced but incomplete (no changing table), no information on the Moussaillon range even though it is suitable... and cheaper - even though I booked in April.
Worst of all: a screw found on the floor of a new home, within reach of my 15-month-old daughter. Only my vigilance prevented a tragedy.
Customer service is content with automatic responses, and the compensation offered is ridiculously low.
The only positive point: the friendliness of the entertainers and bar staff.
I strongly advise against this campsite until quality and safety are guaranteed.
