Campground totally unprepared for July 2 😱

A pleasant campground, but the restrooms are a bit far from the campsites... even though those are the ones that need them the most. No soap in the restrooms, no toilet paper, and almost no hot water—or else it’s scalding hot—so the showers are particularly unpleasant.... The management is welcoming, though, and the campground itself is nice. No water hookup on the sites.

Installation of gutters on the terrace. Turning on the electric convector heater at the beginning and end of the season (the reversible air conditioner is too noisy at night)

The staff was very friendly. There was plenty of space between the bungalows.

Unfortunately, to my great regret, I found nothing after traveling all across France.

The natural pond, the playground. There were ants everywhere in the mobile home—even in the sheets. After complaining on the very first day, I still haven’t received any compensation, and I’m still waiting for a response to my complaint. When I complained on the first day about the ants in the mobile home, the only response the manager gave me was: “It’s no big deal—anyway, the ants stay away from the beds, so there won’t be any in your bed.” I find this response from a manager to be completely dismissive and shows a lack of concern for the problem.

The natural pool is really nothing like the photos—it's a real shame, and it's dangerous because it's extremely slippery. They should add a little bar where you can have a drink.

It's very quiet

Post some recent photos of the campground—especially the pond. The water isn't blue but green with algae; it's super slippery, and at least the frogs are having a field day. It’s true that coming here with teenagers isn’t really a good idea—they get bored quickly because there aren’t any activities. This campground is more suited for single adults or retirees.

The proximity of the river

Unfinished grounds Very little shade. The "pool" is just a green agricultural pond. The water is scalding hot during the day (no insulation on the pipes) and then freezing cold in the evening. Small campsites with rocky ground. No restaurant or bar. Just a food truck out in the blazing sun 😵 I don’t understand the 3 ⭐. The managers’ kindness and good will aren’t enough. New arrivals are told that the management has just taken over, that this is really the first year, and that things will improve… Fine… but in the meantime 😬

Friendly, approachable, cheerful, warm

The games I borrowed were in slightly better condition, with no missing pieces, so I could actually play them. I was charged 300e “by mistake” and had to call back more than a week later because, when I checked my account, I realized that no refund had been issued.

Not much

An overpriced campground for the lack of services… showers that fluctuate between freezing cold and barely lukewarm; there are no trash cans on the campground, no toilet paper, and unfriendly staff—except for one employee. We felt like we were being watched at every turn, and they told us that according to the rules, dogs must be on a leash even if they’re sitting at our feet.We reserved a site and arrived with three vehicles, but were only allowed to bring in two. We were willing to pay extra. I do not recommend this campground. The three-star rating is absolutely not

Cold showers even though we reported the problem. Exposed electrical wires due to unfinished installation. Unmaintained site. No toilet paper. We've been going to the same campground for years, but the price has gone up a lot.

Calm

No hot water in the bathroom, no light for doing the dishes, the so-called “natural” pool isn’t maintained, the floor is slippery due to algae, no child safety measures—the gate can be opened by anyone, even young children—bread from Carrefour that was supposed to be from the village bakery next door, and staff who constantly make up excuses in response to your complaints

The staff was very friendly. The house we rented was clean and functionally equipped.

The natural pool it’s ugly at best, the place is dull, it is way overpriced
