Then I messaged them on WhatsApp, and they told me they don't hold or reserve any money—it's a total scam. I would have paid the extra amount if necessary. I completely disagree with this way of handling things—it would have been 10 euros, 20, I don’t care—but the amount was higher, and they’ve kept my money, even though I gave them advance notice. P.S.
