As for the hot water, all you had to do was turn the mixer faucet the right way....
As for the pool, the rules are clear, posted, and accepted before your stay: an adult must be present with children at all times. No, this isn’t “up to age 18,” but simply common sense when it comes to safety… even in 1.35 meters of water. Arguments based on one’s profession or “personal beliefs” do not override the rules.
The schedules are also clearly listed on our website. Classes are offered as a supplement, not at the expense of our guests.
Finally, we welcome families year-round. But welcoming children does not mean supervising them in place of their parents—we are neither a daycare center nor a waiting room while adults go about their business elsewhere.

Please note that, to the best of our knowledge, we are one of the few campgrounds in Brittany, the Pays de la Loire, and Normandy that is open year-round and features an indoor, heated pool.
