We are very pleased to read that you appreciated the freedom to choose your own spot and the warm welcome from our team. Your comments about the friendliness and helpfulness of... our staff truly mean a lot to us, and we’ll be happy to pass your compliments along to them. We also thank you for your suggestions regarding the shaded sites, the communication of the restaurant’s hours, and the availability of toilet paper in the restrooms. Feedback from our guests is extremely valuable to us and helps us continuously improve our services. As for the trees: at some campsites, they are still young, so there is currently not much shade. However, we are confident that they will provide more and more comfort and shade in the coming years. We are delighted that the warm welcome and friendliness of our team remain your fondest memory of your stay. For us, this is the greatest reward for our daily work and a wonderful motivation to continue our efforts. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another stay.
