"Everything has to be paid extra - You pay for the pitch. Electricity, sanitary facilities and pools are included. Everything else costs extra. You can reserve a tennis court. But if there are others on it, you're out of luck. The staff won't help you. If you don't have a racket, you can borrow one for €10. No deposit, but a fee. But then you get the crookedest racket in Croatia. Lending something like this is embarrassing. Soccer tournaments are organized. First, €3 is taken out of each child's pocket. In return, you get grumpy and unmotivated supervisors who have never seen a ball before and make 100% arbitrary decisions as referees. Some teams are allowed to play a final after 3 games because they have more points than teams that have only played once before. So I was put in the wrong team, bad luck €3 for 10 minutes of soccer, got into the right team, 40 minutes of soccer with a certificate. Beach loungers cost 25 for 2 loungers, extra. The sea is only accessible with water shoes. For one hour of trampoline jumping you pay 15€ per hour extra BUT: of course only if you buy sliding socks for 3€ extra. On the way to the free children's disco, you'll be begged to buy a lottery ticket for €5, where you can win sugar water worth €4, among other things. There is no water in the pools, just milky soup. The bottom is full of sand. The sun loungers are free, but far too few for far too many people. The advertised gaming room also costs extra, of course. 20 minutes of gaming costs 15€. BUT: if you arrive an hour before the end, you are no longer allowed to play for 20 minutes. The kids are then sent home with the statement that we are about to close. No matter what and where. If you have complaints, you get snotty answers and are even laughed at. We have three children and are not looking for peace and quiet on vacation, we never actually complain if it is loud. However, all the bad reviews because of the noise are justified

"Unfortunately never again! - Based on our experiences, we have come to the realization that we made a big mistake when booking. Neither the location (beach and sea), the place itself nor the experience with the reception were convincing. Only the service in the restaurants and the food there were good. The location cannot determine the place. With a healthy understanding of human nature and empathy, encouraged by the management, a lot could be done to contribute to a positive guest experience. In any case, we are glad to have moved on to another place early, even if it cost us a lot of money!

"Beautiful campsite - I was impressed by the beautiful beach with small pebbles and fantastic water. Everything is well maintained and sufficiently shady thanks to the mature trees. I can't say anything about the entertainment and children's facilities as we didn't use them.

"Rating Srellplatz - The Italian operator is charging a pitch reservation fee of €200 from 2024! This particularly affects the many regular guests like us, who have been coming for many years and always want the same pitch for various reasons, and we hope that this money will finally be used to repair the sanitary facilities. The necessary repairs can be read in the previous reviews and are also transferable to this year. I do not understand 4 stars from ADAC.

"Hygiene is unknown there! - The lack of hygiene that was unfortunately to be found on the entire site led me to this rating. You have to imagine that you spend your annual vacation there and find not only hygienically unacceptable conditions in the sanitary facilities, but also some repairs that have obviously been pending for a long time. In plain language I am talking about: -toilets often without paper and very dirty -tiles on which I could not observe a single wash in the 2.5 weeks, whether in the sanitary area or at the sink for washing up -In general, everything seemed to be in need of repair, several tiles were broken or missing completely (even in the corridor area) All in all, the hygiene conditions were the deciding factor for us to leave the pitch earlier (which was rented out directly although we had not yet left the pitch).
