However, we are surprised by your comments regarding... the maintenance of the green spaces and the pool. Our teams maintain these areas daily to ensure a pleasant environment and swimming water that meets health standards. We therefore regret that your experience was different.
Regarding your accommodations, we’re sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. If these issues had been reported to us during your stay, our team would have acted promptly to replace the lounge chairs, check the refrigerator, and take the necessary steps to address the rodent infestation.
Finally, our campground is rated 4 stars according to Atout France’s official criteria. Since we took over, we have been gradually investing in the renovation and improvement of the property to offer an ever-higher-quality experience, while preserving the site’s charm and natural character.

Not very hygienic. We were parked next to a fishing pond and were eaten alive by mosquitoes. We were moved to a larger spot—from XL to XXL—and had to pay an extra €56 because our caravan supposedly wouldn’t fit. Later it turned out that an XL spot would have been big enough after all. So we left after one week. After much back-and-forth, we didn’t even get a refund for the three weeks of electricity we’d paid for but didn’t use. We strongly advise against this campground. We really appreciated the hospitality and the setting, especially since there weren’t many people there in May. The indoor pool was a welcome relief at the end of a hot day. The restrooms were well-maintained.NegatiivsedThe price is relatively high per day when you add it all up. While the pool and bar area is decent, the other amenities are pretty limited. Access to the campground (on a slope) and therefore driving through it in a camper van isn’t easy; the 4-star rating is a bit of a stretch in my opinion.Back to the RootsThe campground has adequate space; however, it becomes impassable in this area during prolonged rain. Since your stay took place outside the period when all services and activities are fully available, we understand that this may have given the impression that the resort... was quiet. However, this is obviously not how we typically operate during peak season, when all activities and services are offered.
Regarding the accommodations, the issues you mentioned (damaged amenities and cleanliness upon arrival) are unacceptable and have been forwarded to our teams so that an internal review can be conducted to prevent this from happening again.
