3rd week of September, a quiet campsite (not very crowded) with direct access to the beach for nice walks and with an indoor pool/jacuzzi/hammam sauna to relax in, a very clean and well-appointed bungalow, just what you need to end the summer on a high note (the sun and the heat having returned at the same time, perfect timing)... not forgetting the friendly, welcoming staff!

well-equipped campsite close to the sea

Clean, quiet campsite ideally located with a warm, friendly welcome. Even though we had a bungalow that wasn't very recent, it had all the comforts of a vacation.

Checking the condition of mobile homes more thoroughly would be a plus and would avoid our negativity. Check under beds, microwaves, built-in ovens...etc. No network, free wifi but nothing gets through. Create a crosswalk, the entertainment is at the campsite opposite but it's a very dangerous road.

Clean sanitary facilities. Swimming pool fine, but the outdoor pool is very cold, so everyone goes to the indoor pool. Snack bar good with pleasant, smiling staff.

All the staff were pleasant, the toilet blocks are very clean (both old and new), the campsite is quiet, and it's very well kept with flowers and pretty trees. The swimming pool and other facilities (hammam and sauna) are also well maintained and clean. The beach (700m away along a sandy path between dunes and forest) is great for swimming, especially at dusk. St Jean de Monts, with all its amenities, is not far away, and the campsite offers a wide range of activities (information available daily at reception). We had a great stay

One of the reasons we chose this campsite out of a large choice on the road, was the wifi - the website promised us wifi access throughout the campsite, but in general it was almost impossible to connect - so we used our data, but it comes with a price (we came from England). Either improve the wifi, or stop promising that it's everywhere. A better connection only at the bar, for example, would be better than one that doesn't work (at all!).

The campsite was located in a lively area, with plenty to do and see. Access to the beach and bike path at the back was very handy!

Make sure there is plenty of soap in the toilet block.
