If the driver wants to sleep, the rest of the family won't be bored.
There is a meadow where you can leave the site at any time and it is quite close to the highway.

Outside of the vacation season, therefore quieter than this time. The campsite is certainly interesting for families and the children certainly enjoy swimming, playing or riding the tractor here. I would recommend couples... without children to use this site at a different time of year. We found the campsite very noisy and restless this time. We also had a young dog with us, so it was also quite exciting for him, and he was under constant tension. We really liked the fact that the youth fire department had a camp next door. Their events on Friday and Saturday evening were also ok. The fireworks display at 11pm on Saturday evening is also not to be criticized. However, it would have been very guest-friendly if there had been appropriate information, e.g. a notice at the store or reception. We feel really comfortable here as regular guests, you think we are already... part of the family.
What should be particularly emphasized this year is the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, despite the long weekend with a very full place, there were no compromises in the sanitary facilities.
You could always find clean sanitary facilities no matter what time of day.

We must of course also praise the restaurant operators for their friendly hospitality, which is highly recommended.
We must not forget the friendly staff member Raija, who does a great job in this place.
In a few days the new wellness area with indoor pool and sauna area will be opened.

Pitches massively silted up, campers sometimes have to be pulled out of their pitches. Everything is simply rented out. Price 2 adults +1 dog 39 € in June, but unclean showers, toilets and sinks, disgustingly dirty garbage cans. Wellness oasis still under construction, on arrival we were allowed to wait 1 hour because of tar work. Then there was the smell of tar, construction noise and no excuse. From the surrounding allotments also lawnmowers and similar. Noise, plus regular car traffic on the surrounding roads, which are used for walking by many guests. When and why this place was recommended by the ADAC remains a mystery.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED CAMPSITENot only us, many other guests leave after 1-2 nights because they are dissatisfied. No shrubs, hedges etc. are trimmed, generally unkempt. The slogan of the campsite is a mockery, not to say a cheek. As presumably Austrians, you know the Austrian weather. When it rains so much, grass pitches are not always easy to drive on with such heavy vehicles and experienced campers know the weather and its conditions. The wellness facility is already a long way from a shell and if you have... experienced delivery problems and price increases in recent months, then you will certainly understand that we have also been affected. The sanitary facilities are exposed to the weather by the many users and are cleaned regularly, but a lot of soiling is certainly also caused by improper use and if everyone pays a little attention to cleanliness and tidiness and leaves the premises in the same way, then things will look different. The many other guests you interviewed left because they had not booked any further. 2 families found the weather too bad in Austria and left early for their booked destination to the south. We will not fill up the lawns with gravel and asphalt and completely destroy nature. Camping is pure nature or am I wrong? Our pitches are constantly being maintained. You already knew the price before your arrival and it can be viewed transparently on the homepage. If that doesn't fit into your travel budget, then I'd say it's the wrong place? The connection to our guests is very important to us, as is flexibility. Camping means freedom without rigid structures. I don't understand why they didn't find it worthwhile to clarify this with us on site, to resolve their displeasure objectively with us on site. I don't think that driving off and leaving the colleague with the message that we will read about them is part of sensible cooperation. Our prices may sound expensive to some people, but with us they are all-in prices. All usage, consumption and charges are already included and there are no additional costs unless you use the washing machines. But of course it's up to you what you're prepared to pay for a vacation and we've all already been affected by the price increases that were already looming back then. As we don't have any discount agreements with camping clubs, except for the ÖCC, there is of course no discount. The mini market has been open from May to September for countless years with its wide range of oven-fresh pastries. I can only agree with Petra Z.'s review, the campsite was hopelessly overcrowded and very noisy. We were there at the beginning of... August, despite Corona requirements, the campers had no masks on either in the store or in the restaurant, the place was extremely crowded, the children could do whatever they wanted, the sanitary facilities were very dirty, toilet paper and faeces scattered on the floor (probably by unsupervised children) no means of infection in the sanitary area. The tractor ride with the children would probably have been a bit quieter and not so fast. The staff was very nice and helpful, but helplessly overwhelmed by the Corona ignoramuses. The whole thing had a totally negative impact on the stay, so we only stayed one day, the place for short breaks is very nice and would be quiet if a teenager without a helmet hadn't been driving up and down the path in front of the campsite with a motorcycle at full speed all afternoon. You couldn't lie in the sun in peace, we were allocated the sanitary building by the tennis court, which was an imposition, dirty and not at all worthy of a 4-star CP.

We take the Corona requirements very seriously, as you may have seen that the instructions are everywhere regarding face masks and our staff politely ask all those who refuse to wear masks to wear them. We are organizing the pitches so that everyone has enough space and room... and the sanitary facilities are being checked, cleaned and disinfected more than usual. The sanitary facility at the tennis court is only an emergency sanitary facility to enable guests to go to the showers etc. quickly. The main building is the one you will be shown on arrival. The other sanitary facility is simply to be seen as an addition and is also regularly "maintained" in the same way as the actual building. I agree with you that children should be well supervised and if everyone left the sanitary building clean and tidy, as they probably do at home, then things would look different. We also have to rely on our guests who come to us at the registration desk or in the mini-market and tell us to keep an eye out and then we immediately take care of the cleanliness. The frequency is simply higher in the summer and it can happen that we have cleaned up the mess and a few minutes later something is lying around again. We don't drive tractors at high speed. Safety first. We have disinfectant for our guests in the mini-market and at the registration desk. In the sanitary area, our cleaning staff are responsible for ensuring that everything is disinfected. Hopefully most guests will wash their hands with soap anyway? Sorry for the late response, but the reply function has only just been activated. We are sorry that you felt this way. Due to the long lockdowns caused by Corona, the rush was huge and our facility is so spacious that there is enough room. Our philosophy is that we do not want to turn... holidaymakers away if they come specially. It would always be an advantage to get in touch immediately if you have a complaint, because that is also one of our great strengths, that we immediately look for a suitable solution. As a mother of 3 children myself (I don't know if you have children) I understand that the joy is great when you are finally allowed out and driving the tractor, as you say, is about 1 hour long and not during rest periods as you understand. It's hard to please everyone all the time, but we try very hard to make sure there's something for everyone. All our flyers, homepage etc. state that we are a child-, family- and dog-friendly campsite. However, I am pleased that you praised our "basics" (sanitary facilities, mini market...). It is also in our interest to offer something to our vacationers, such as tractor rides, campfires, barbecues, etc., as we would also like to get to know our vacationers personally and some friendships have already developed as a result.
