Great time
It was wonderful again—just a campground where you feel right at home. That’s what a vacation should be like. Everything you need is there: a fitness area, kitchen, sauna, Wi-Fi, showers, restrooms, etc. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. Very friendly family and staff. They’re also flexible and always try to find a solution, even at the last minute. Thank you!

It feels like coming home
A very clean campground. I took a friend with me, and even he was amazed. It's a little oasis in Sölden. Everything is nearby—an amazing bakery and the Bergbaan. Ideal for downhill mountain bikers.

Great facility!
Great facility, the main building was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the campsite—it was far too cramped for a “comfort site”; our expectations were quite different.
The ground was very muddy.

As always, the location is just great, the proximity to the Gaislachkogel valley station is super. We haven't been in Sölden for a few years now and were really impressed by how much has been invested in the meantime. The friendliness of the lady at reception was also very noticeable.

The waste disposal station is a bit difficult to access but you can live with that.

Great place in the middle of Sölden
Great CP, uncomplicated check-in, super friendly reception, almost a bit or the top. 😘
Great facilities, we were very impressed and will definitely be back probably even for the ski WC opening in October.

Beautiful campsite in a great location
We really liked the campsite. The distance to the gondola is also great. It is a pity that there is no fresh water supply at the site. The chemical toilet disposal and right next to it, the fresh water disposal, are in the corridor of the sanitary building and not in a separate room. We found this unpleasant... for hygienic reasons and because of the smell. The cleaning staff did a great job! Unfortunately, there were a lot of campers at our time who were not able to clean the toilets and washbasins after use and leave them clean.
The showers are great! As were all the staff.
Conclusion, gladly again!

Beautiful place in the heart of Sölden
You feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of your vacation. Familiar, clean and sporty at the same time. 5 minutes to the gondola. Bakery within 5 minutes walking distance.

Super campsite
It was good all round - always clean and friendly staff - TOP - I would have one suggestion for improvement: Perhaps install a second hand dryer in the toilet, possibly one that dries a little faster.

The campsite in Sölden is unfortunately located directly on a busy road and next to a parking garage whose blinds were constantly opening and closing - so the background noise was quite disturbing.
I thought the price was too high for this pitch. In addition, we were not given the option of arriving... a day early free of charge, which I felt was not very accommodating.
However, the clean sauna and well-maintained social areas are positive points. The toilets on the first floor were also quite modern.

(Almost) nothing left to be desired
Very well-equipped facility with modern sanitary and wellness facilities with panoramic sauna.
The fitness room is equipped with 4 endurance machines and a strength combination machine on which only one person can train. A selection of dumbbells and an incline bench as well as a storage area for street... shoes would be desirable.
The scullery with dishwasher and kitchenette, which can be used free of charge, is very clean and functionally equipped.
The bus system can be used free of charge in winter with the guest card.
We will be back.

Unfriendly staff
We stayed at the campsite in Sölden at the weekend. Basically the site is fine, but an incident with the staff made our impression much worse.

A friend from our group injured his knee while skiing and was dependent on crutches after his visit to the clinic. To save him unnecessary journeys, we drove... a short distance to reception.

There we were approached by a member of staff in a very unfriendly and inappropriate tone. Instead of showing understanding, we were reproached for not walking from the barrier and even offered to call an ambulance in a provocative tone.

This kind of behavior towards guests - especially in an obviously exceptional situation - is unacceptable in our view. A little more empathy and respectful communication would have been appropriate here.

Unfortunately, this incident significantly spoiled the overall impression of our stay.

The comment was not directed at you or your injured friend, but at the cab driver, as... he is already aware of our access regulations. In addition, the vehicle was running for a long time with the engine running, which is also not intended on the camping site.

However, we understand that the situation appeared different to you and regret the misunderstanding that arose. Especially in a special situation with an injured guest, calmer and clearer communication would certainly have been better.
