Peter S.oktoober 2025Top place, top care, quiet and dog-friendlyWe were allocated a very nice pitch in a quiet location with excellent facilities (water and gray water at the pitch). Very friendly reception, flexible for extending the stay. Sanitary facilities impeccable. Very dog-friendly. We felt very comfortable.

The comfort pitch was large, but the water from the tap was initially rusty brown, so I decided not to use it. The wifi was catastrophic to non-existent.
Almost 100 euros for two nights... for one person and 2 dogs in the low season is pretty steep.
The surrounding area is not very dog-friendly, like almost the entire North Sea coast in Germany. Apart from the cycle path behind the dyke and the concrete path on the east dyke, everything was forbidden. All the staff were always friendly to us.
In general, the place seemed very clean and well-kept to us. The proximity to the North Sea is simply unbeatable.
Only the washbasin in the toilet in... the mobile home was so small that it got in the way when going in, especially for people who are not so slim.
All in all, it was simply a wonderful vacation.

The shower in the mobile home and the toilet were a bit cramped, so I would have liked to use the showers and toilet in the campsite. Unfortunately, these... facilities were mostly locked and as mobile home residents we didn't receive a key. What a shame really.
