- 5.0MEMathias E.agosto 20265.0MEMathias E.agosto 2026VentajasQuiet location; very dark and quiet at night. Electricity and water are readily available.DesventajasNothingGreat campground in a quiet location by the lakeWe stayed there one night in August to watch the Perseids. The campground was perfect for that—it was very dark at night, and we could see a huge number of stars (and shooting stars).
During the day, despite the heat, it was easy to handle thanks to the many shaded spots, and cooling off was no problem at all thanks to the nearby outdoor pool.

It was tidy and clean with shadow-spending trees, a playground and the clean facilities. The owner takes care about the guests and the nearby pool is fantastic.

gert k.septiembre 20255.0gert k.septiembre 2025VentajasFriendly owners . Helpful . Not far from the lake for relaxing walks , enjoy peace and quiet . There are also good restaurants in the area and the town of Dingolfing is not far away. The newly renovated leisure pool / outdoor pool, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes and also has a lot to offer for children.DesventajasEverything a camping vacation needs is offered here. I can't see any disadvantages.Very well located campsite. Everything available, what you need. FriendlyBeautifully situated campsite with many leisure activities. In the immediate vicinity there is a newly renovated and modern outdoor pool with slides and many other possibilities for young and old. Not far away is the large Steinberger See with beautiful sunsets. It never gets boring here. If you like... sports you are of course in the right place . from jogging by the lake to cycling or inline skating or even water sports , here is much possible .
There are several Bavarian inns in the area.
And those who play mini golf or normal golf will also find their happiness a few kilometers away.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 4.0
Jan M.agosto 20254.0Jan M.agosto 2025Ventajas-Large parking spaces -Natural -Nice operator -Open-air swimming pool nearby -Shops 10 min away by car -Leisure park (Bayern Park ) 10 min by carDesventajasThere are no bread rolls there.Super!!!!A small but very fine campsite - unspoiled and beautiful in its own way. Ideal both for those passing through and for a longer stay. The pitches are generously sized and offer plenty of space to feel at home. The operator and his friendly family deserve special mention: incredibly warm, helpful and always ready to answer any questions.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 2.0
Christian O.agosto 20232.0Christian O.agosto 2023VentajasClose to the Bayernpark. Pitch sizes are good and sufficient.DesventajasClearly the sanitary area. I wouldn't say it's getting on in years. My children were very disgusted in the toilets. We didn't use the showers at all. Something urgently needs to be done here. Not just renovation but also in terms of the state of cleaning. Otherwise, there's not much else on offer in the surrounding area. The swimming pool is also currently closed for renovation and the lake wasn't really inviting for a swim. No shopping facilities on site or nearby. Also no bread service on site. Too badGoes like thisClearly investments need to be made here to keep the place going. Sanitary area really horrible...

- 5.0MGMarcus G.agosto 20205.0MGMarcus G.agosto 2020VentajasLocation : outdoor pool, lake, flat for cyclingDesventajasNo shopping facilitiesYou get what you expect............... and that's not bad.Very nice operator, everything makes a familiar impression. The site is clean, showers and toilets are wonderful. Not a star campsite, but that's not what it's supposed to be.
Outdoor pool around the corner, lake within walking distance with a small snack bar. All around, great for cycling with children,... who are also allowed to run around on the site.
Nothing for shopping or eating out nearby, but even that can be reached by bike in 15 minutes.

The price-performance ratio is very good. The site is very suitable for trips to Bayern Park. The site is very suitable for a rest stop if you are on a longer journey. It is only a few kilometers away from the A 92.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!

- 4.0SHSibylle H.junio 20194.0SHSibylle H.junio 2019VentajasVery friendly operatorThe charm of this place is the ravages of time...Yes, it was certainly more modern here in the past...the sanitary building on the site is very old and cramped...to compensate for this, there is even a large pitch for cyclists, which the operator has specially sought out in the shade... But why does everything have to be ultra-modern and correspondingly expensive... For us it was just right the way it is... The prices are very reasonable.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 5.0KSKarl S.julio 20185.0KSKarl S.julio 2018VentajasPlenty of space, friendly welcome, excellent service, great price/performance ratioWe couldn't have done betterGenerous space on the pitch, room for badminton and more. Children's playground also great for our 4-year-old grandchild. Mr. and Mrs. Schweiger took great care of our dog while we were away. Once again a big thank you for that. If we are in the area again, we will certainly come back to this campsite. - 3.0SASchorer A.agosto 20173.0SASchorer A.agosto 2017VentajasThere is only 1 advantage: the pitch is clean and well maintained.DesventajasAlready mentioned above.BoringNobody was there on arrival; waited for what felt like half an hour; no possibility to order bread rolls; playground in need of cleaning; sanitary facilities see playground; close to the road: too noisy; beautiful site, many permanent campers, the guest who happens to be there is viewed with suspicion.... The lake is not, as one might expect, connected to the campsite. Therefore the name "am See" is misleading and only remotely correct. Conclusion: you should inform yourself carefully before you go there.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!

- 3.0SMStefan M.agosto 20163.0SMStefan M.agosto 2016VentajasClose to the outdoor pool, lots of spaceDesventajasSanitary facilities are getting on in years and not very clean, street within earshotPlace ok, friendly, sanitary wellThe place was ok for one night, the operator was friendly, there were many free places and space for the children to ride bikes and play soccer. The site has certainly seen better days, the sanitary facilities are not the best. We preferred to shower the next day in the outdoor pool, which is within... easy walking distance - highly recommended with a beautiful sunbathing lawn, great slide and large swimming pool. Roland W.mayo 20163.0Roland W.mayo 2016VentajasThe price and beautiful spacious pitchesDesventajasSanitary technologyBorderline sanitary facilities ...We spent a weekend on this site, which has undoubtedly seen better days. The campsite is mainly occupied by friendly, nice and helpful permanent campers. The pitches are spacious and easily accessible. The reception was friendly and pitch requests were taken into account. The sanitary facilities are... completely inadequate, 2 toilets for men, two showers, two washbasins close together. Two sinks, also inadequate. The lake is hardly suitable for swimming, but there is a nice outdoor pool nearby. The restaurant at the campsite has been closed for several years. Recommendation: the Greek restaurant Afroditi, Vilsbiburger Str. 5 in 84160 Frontenhausen.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 2.0
Wiesn H.julio 20152.0Wiesn H.julio 2015VentajasClose to the outdoor pool and Bayernpark Very friendly and helpful InexpensiveDesventajasUnfortunately very outdated, sometimes too narrow. Something should be invested here. You could make (much) more out of itWe stayed at the campsite for the weekend in July. We received a very friendly welcome at reception and were allowed to choose a suitable pitch. The pitches in general are also relatively large, each with water, electricity and waste water connections, but often uneven and sloping. There are many caravans... from permanent campers, but unfortunately also a number of scrap metal boxes, which have a negative impact on the overall picture. The children's playground is adequate for small children, but not necessarily well maintained. The sanitary building is getting on in years, generally clean, but cobwebs and nets should be removed. However, the two sinks for the dishes are so small and close together that only two hungry people would find room to wash up there. There are only curtains on the showers, in the men's showers the water runs into a common gully, so that unfortunately you can sometimes stand in your neighbor's shower. The operator was also very friendly and helpful. However, a number of campers liked to drive quickly and often across the site, which was annoying at times. The Vilstal reservoir is also completely overgrown with aquatic plants and muddy, so swimming here is only suitable in the beautiful and nearby outdoor pool. The Bayernpark is also only about 10 minutes away by car.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
