The path to the sea is only a stone's throw awayDesventajasWe were there in the fall with our Womo. The site is very nice. Unfortunately we had a problem with the electricity! Our Womo is self-sufficient and therefore we don't need electricity. But we hooked up for a short time and then realized that we had already used electricity, even though we weren't connected. When I asked at the information desk, I was told that it only costs €0.45. I'm happy to pay that if I've used it.... but I haven't. After 5 days we were supposed to have used 16 Kw, even though we weren't connected to the electricity. That shouldn't happen. Wait and see if something else comes along. Otherwise the place is really very niceActually a beautiful placeSo all in all a nice place, if it hadn't been for the electricity.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

Frank F.septiembre 20244.0Frank F.septiembre 2024VentajasSuper parceled out site with adequate sanitary facilities that are always very clean. The service facilities are excellent. Top selection of bread rolls that are freshly baked every day.DesventajasWe could not find any negative features or disadvantages during our stay.Super place with best service and top equipmentChecking in went absolutely smoothly. Our pitch was sufficiently large and level. There is the right pitch for all types of camping here, whether tent or liner. For dog owners, this site and its proximity to the beach is simply the first choice. There are plenty of absolutely clean sanitary facilities.... The washing-up facilities are inside the sanitary buildings and therefore in the dry. The small market right at the entrance offers a good range of products and a first-class bread roll service with a good selection. We can also recommend the restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely be back.Traducido automáticamente.2 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 5.0
Manuel S.julio 20245.0Manuel S.julio 2024VentajasVery nice location, everyone very friendly and helpful, wash houses nice and warm and clean Nice big pitches, the layout of the site is also greatDesventajasI can't think of anyA wonderfully beautiful campsiteWe were on the site this summer in July. Although it was fully booked, it was always clean in the sanitary blocks. The store always had bread rolls no matter when you arrived.
For the children this place is heaven on earth, there is something on offer every day, be it handicrafts or soccer, even bouncy... castles are set up separately. The place is simply great.
The beach is within walking distance and is simply beautiful! Very deep and fine sand. The restaurants on the beaches are very nicely done and also offer a lot.
Conclusion: We will definitely go there again!!!Traducido automáticamente.2 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 5.0
Gerhard B.octubre 20235.0Gerhard B.octubre 2023VentajasCheck in via APP Accurate power consumption display via APPDesventajasNothingEndless beachesWe were guests of Strandcamping Groede from 11.10. to 19.10.
Strandcamping Groede is one of the largest campsites we have visited so far.
The Strandcamping has differently designed pitches, each of which has its own special features for motorhomes and caravans.
different pitches for motorhomes and... caravans. With the exception of sanitary building five, which consists of four fully-equipped shower baths
the sanitary buildings are basically identical. The sanitary buildings were always clean and tidy during our stay.
well maintained. During our stay it rained frequently and heavily, especially at night, but there was still plenty of rain on the pitches.
puddles on the pitches. There are several beautifully designed playgrounds for children on the campsite. A swimming pool and a
wellness area. We can't say anything about the snack bar, the food in the campsite brasserie is weak
compared to the nearby beach houses, e.g. the Puur beach house. The beach is close by and can be reached in a few minutes.
The beach is right at the entrance to the port of Antwerp, so on our last day of our vacation we were able to watch the Evergreen of a
of the largest container ships in the world as it passed by.
There is a separate network of paths for pedestrians and cyclists on the dyke - brilliant.
The campsite also has a store where you can buy groceries and other everyday essentials.
We really enjoyed the baked goods in the store.
The campsite has its own app, which you can use to check in to the campsite and read off your electricity consumption, among other things.
Dogs are not a problem at the campsite, there are certain pitch areas where dogs are not allowed.

- 4.0JHJörg H.agosto 20234.0JHJörg H.agosto 2023VentajasSuper camping store with a large assortment, baked goods available throughout the day. Online check-in. Beautiful large pitches.DesventajasLots of dogs and too many owners who don't clean up after them. Hot showers are free but turn off after 6 minutes. Quiet in the sanitary area is missing something, because in the anteroom are the sinks.Beautiful campsite on the North SeaBeautiful campsite with pitches ranging from small to very large. Stayed there for 1 week in August. The camping store has a good range, which is also good value for money. Theoretically, it is possible to get supplies from there without leaving the site. We found the nearest supermarket (Jumbo) in Breskens.... This also has all the goods for daily needs. Apart from the advantages/disadvantages mentioned above, there is nothing to criticize about the campsite!Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

The pitches are beautifully laid out with small privacy hedges. There are lots of dogs, but you hardly notice them. Sven F.abril 20235.0Sven F.abril 2023VentajasClose to the beachDesventajasSanitary building, WLAN connectionGreat campsite in a top locationThe Groede campsite is located in South Holland on the Belgian border right by the sea and is very easy to reach. The reception was very friendly and professional and we received a short briefing including a map of the site. We could have driven through using the automatic license plate recognition system.... The XL pitch we booked was in a quiet location and large enough. It had its own fresh water/waste water connection and, of course, its own power supply. There were two sanitary buildings near the pitch, which typically don't have much to offer in Holland. In my opinion, this was the only real weak point on the campsite. Everything was always spotlessly clean, but otherwise it was cramped and smelly. The limited shower time of 6 minutes was also borderline in my opinion. The infrastructure on the site was great. Paved paths, small supermarket, bike rental, restaurant and fast food outlets. Everything you could wish for was there. Unfortunately, I have to point out that we had virtually no WiFi reception for one week. Parents traveling with children will love this campsite, as there are large play areas and trampolines where the kids can let off steam. The best thing is the location to the beach, which is just a 3-5 minute walk away. Various cycle paths also start directly at the campsite. As always in Holland, these are perfectly laid out and getting lost is practically impossible thanks to the junction system. After a few minutes you are in Breskens and can take the bicycle ferry to Vlissingen and follow the beautiful coast with its small villages and beach pavilions. Everything was also handled very quickly and in a friendly manner on departure. A small note here that electricity is charged extra.
We really liked it here, as the price-performance ratio is really good. We can recommend this place without reservation and would come back again at any time.Traducido automáticamente.2 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 5.0

Thorsten Z.octubre 20224.0Thorsten Z.octubre 2022VentajasShopping facilities and restaurants on site, bike rental as well, good location, nicely parceled outDesventajasthe small stones on the pitch are easy to carry into the caravan, the sanitary facilities could have been cleaned more oftenBeautiful quiet location directly on the North SeaWe were on the site the week before last this year.
The site is large and nicely parceled out.
We were there with a couple of friends and wondered why we were staying on a large pitch, even though there are nice plots with 2 or 3 pitches. But it didn't detract from the trip.
The services on site (shopping,... food/drinks) are absolutely adequate, as there wasn't much going on.
The location directly over the dyke to the sea is excellent, especially if you are traveling with a dog.
There is also a lot on offer for kids.
The area is ideal for cyclists and hikers and is well developed.
The site is green and well-kept.
Pre-registration via app works well and makes a lot of things easier. The announcements by email are also great.
Negatives:
The small stones on the individual pitches protect you from the rain and allow it to seep away quickly. However, they easily stick to your shoes and you can easily carry them into the caravan, whether you like it or not, which means you often have to clean the caravan.
I know this is complaining on a high level, but last year we were on another site in Westkapelle (NL) where the pitch was paved with cobblestones instead of small stones, which I think is a better and cleaner solution.
The sanitary facilities could do with some fresh air and the cleanliness is ok, but there is still room for improvement. For example, one toilet was still as dirty in the afternoon as it was in the morning.
Again, complaining at a high level.
All in all, it was a nice relaxing vacation on a beautiful site.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 5.0SKSven K.julio 20225.0SKSven K.julio 2022VentajasBeach, cyclingDesventajasSanitary now not necessarily 5 star level. This campsite absolutely thrives on its proximity to the beachAs always, we love coming to Strandcamping Groede. It's a great site that offers a lot of variety and scores points for its location close to the towns worth seeing in South Holland and Belgium.
The access to the pitches is well organized and there are no problems with large caravans.
The only thing we could imagine is an upgrade to the sanitary facilities, but everyone has their own opinion on that.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 3.0LNLothar N.julio 20223.0LNLothar N.julio 2022Ventajasclose to the beach Small store available, but not cheap.Desventajasvery noisy, we were near the main playground and had a comfort pitch. There is a volleyball court framed by fences where soccer is also played. the banging of the balls can be heard from a long way away. next to it is a football wall with LED-lit pitches that always light up where the ball hits the pitch. Unfortunately, the kicking doesn't stop at 10 p.m. and some parents don't seem to mind that their offspring annoy other campers with it until 11.30 p.m.If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the wrong placeWe know nicer and quieter campsites in Zeeland and will not go to Groede a second time.
For the price, it's just too noisy for us.
Friends of ours were further back and it was constantly noisy there too, because there was a small playground there too.
The campsite is great, but the unreasonableness of some parents not to set limits for their children annoys us.Traducido automáticamente.4 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 5.0AGAndreas G.julio 20225.0AGAndreas G.julio 2022VentajasShowers and hot water can be used without a payment system; despite the size of the site, the pitches are very quiet and individual; very good overall offer on the site with many opportunities for childrenDesventajasWe have not noticed any disadvantages here.Wonderful campsite for a vacation by the sea!We would come here again at any time! Thomas G.junio 20225.0Thomas G.junio 2022Ventajas- Very dog and child friendly - Beach in the immediate vicinity - Mini market top - CleanlinessDesventajas- Entertainment for children unfortunately only in high seasonAgain and again with pleasure !A wonderful week at Strandcamping Groede.
We had booked a comfort pitch XL, we had a very nice pitch in a very nice size.
The pitch was clean and tidy at all times, the sanitary buildings were clean, only the hot water pressure in sanitary building H was not so great 😂
The campsite has lots of play... facilities for children, a restaurant, snack bar, mini market etc. The beautiful sandy beach is just 500 m away on foot.
The surrounding area is easily accessible by bike (Groede, Groede Podium, Cadzand Bad, Breskens etc)
The WLAN signal was not available at our pitch, but did not bother us any further.
The prices in the MiniMarkt were completely ok and not exorbitant.
Washing machines and dryers are of course also available.
If you have a dog and a child you are in good hands here, if you don't have a dog you shouldn't be bothered by dogs, there are a few of them running around here ;) but everyone was considerate of each other and there was nothing left behind anywhere.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 4.0ULUwe L.junio 20224.0ULUwe L.junio 2022VentajasNice pitches and good location. Beautiful beach.DesventajasNothing to complain about. But you should like dogs.Great vacation. We would love to come back...We were on the site in September 2021. Our pitch was a Comfort XXL in the dog-free zone. Everything was clean and well-kept. The pitch is very large, yet quiet as it is divided into individual zones. The small market offers everything you need, Lidl, Jumbo are nearby. The snack bar is also very good....
The beach is simply beautiful. The beach pavilions are great. We also had really great weather, which made the vacation even better.
You just have to say that there are very limited dog-free pitches. You should really like dogs, as it feels like every camper has 1-2 with them. If you don't like that, you've come to the wrong place. There is play equipment, a trampoline and a soccer pitch for children. But the real leisure hit is the beach.
