Giuditta J.agosto 20261.0Giuditta J.agosto 2026VentajasNothingDesventajasInsincere and completely unwilling to compromiseTruly disappointing customer service⭐️ Truly Disappointing Customer Service
Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely negative—not so much because we were unable to stay there, but because of the way our refund request was handled.
Due to serious and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to... stay on the dates we had booked. We therefore asked the property to accommodate us, but were informed that the deposit would be forfeited.
Up to this point, while we understood the booking terms, we could have accepted the situation.
What I find particularly disappointing is that we later discovered—by making a new reservation under a different name and email address—that the property was fully booked for the same period.
As a result, we find ourselves in a situation where, despite our inability to stay for serious reasons, the campsite can be reassigned, while our deposit is still being withheld.
Even more difficult to understand is the total lack of willingness to find a fair solution, given the circumstances.
I would have expected greater attention to the customer and, above all, a minimum of flexibility in such a unique situation.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 5.0BTBirgit T.mayo 20265.0BTBirgit T.mayo 2026Ventajas- Mobility ticket: can be used on buses and trains in Salzburger Land - great for exploring the surrounding area - great extra: free entry for 3 hours to the local swimming pool - Clean sanitary facilities - restaurant service - drying room - Shady and sunny spots for tents and campersDesventajasI can't think of anythingWonderful, beautifully designed campsite in a prime locationI had a very good time at the campsite and hiked several mountains. I was totally surprised and happy to be able to use the buses so easily with the mobility ticket. Gabriele C.septiembre 20255.0Gabriele C.septiembre 2025VentajasThe location of the campsite The included use of the Kristall pool in the immediate vicinity The connection to the cycle path The very friendly operatorsDesventajasTo be honest, there was nothing that I didn't like.Perfect campsite for rest, relaxation, active vacationWe had actually only chosen the campsite for a 2-day stopover on the way to Italy, but were really impressed and pleasantly surprised. It's a site where you can easily stay for several days.
The campsite operators were very friendly and accommodating from the very first contact. We also liked the fact... that we were allowed to find our own spot for our camper van on the site and then had a very nice time there, with a wonderful view of the meadows and mountains.
It was great that admission to the nearby Kristallbad was included for several hours each day, which we took advantage of and really enjoyed. The cycle path runs in front of the campsite, which was also great for a nice bike ride. Nearby are the Krimml waterfalls, which are great for an impressive hike.
All in all, a great place that we would like to use again when we get the chance!Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 4.0
RN L.septiembre 20254.0RN L.septiembre 2025Ventajasgood restaurant on site beautiful pitch free entry to the swimming pool nearby close to the Krimml waterfallsDesventajasnoneSmall square with a good pizzeriaA nice little campsite.
Reception friendly and good. Settlement with the fan club benefits turned out to be good after all! Without me mentioning it, the bonus was taken into account when eating in the very nice and good pizzeria! Top! The restaurant and reception are very nicely furnished.
The pizza... and service in the restaurant top!
The sanitary area no longer fits! This would also have to be renovated! Was clean but due to the substance can no longer be prepared in all areas as one would like it!Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 5.0

On arrival you are warmly welcomed and given a short tour of the campsite. The campsite is well located as a starting point for hikes in all directions and you are quickly on the appropriate hiking trails. Although the sanitary facilities are in an older condition, they are still very well maintained. A small drawback is the Euro you have to pay for each 6-minute shower.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
- 5.0AHAndrea H.agosto 20245.0AHAndrea H.agosto 2024VentajasThere is everything you need here... very good restaurant, clean showers and toilets, fresh rolls to order... great starting point for excursions to Gerlos, Krimml, Königsleiten or also to Neukirchen, Mittersil, Wildkogel... Bus stop nearbyDesventajasWe have nothing to complain about, but we have to enter something here 🤣...Problem solver 🤩👍We decided to go camping for just one weekend at very short notice. We simply set off and called from the road to see if there was still a pitch available... And although everything was actually full, a solution was found! We arrived relatively late, the restaurant was packed and the kitchen was already... closed, but we were still allowed to choose from the full menu 🥹!!! Super nice people, great food and peace and quiet when you want it... We always like to come back here 🥰Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
