Ventajas
Very well-kept place / quiet /
Desventajas
Too little hot water on the sinks / Impractical and wasteful taps
Beautiful and very quiet campsite
Friendly welcome with informative tips. The 4ha, very well-kept site is situated on flat meadowland directly on the River Lot. The generously sized plots with beautiful grass are divided by hedges and are easy to access. The whole area is adorned with beautiful trees. A very quiet site where you can... relax and unwind! Nice part of the site for tents too. The sanitary block was clean during our stay and part of it was nicely heated. Free internet at reception. Only cash payment possible! 2 kilometers from the old town.

Beautiful place close to the city
The well-kept site is beautifully and quietly situated on the banks of the Lot and yet close to the city center (just under 5 minutes by bike). The sanitary facilities offer everything you need and are well maintained. The pitches are spacious and easily accessible for caravans. The reception is very... friendly and provides you with information. After June 2013, the impression was also good in September 2017. With "fresh" September temperatures, we also appreciated the separate and heated shower area next to the "open" showers.

Ventajas
good location to the city, quiet
beautiful city campsite
The campsite is a little out of town, but you can get to Cahors quickly by bike. The owners are very friendly. In addition to the "open showers", there is an enclosed area with additional showers, which was open in spring. It is pleasantly warm there, so you can also take a nice shower on colder days. There is also an extra dog area. Cahors itself is very beautiful and you can go on lovely bike rides in the area.

Quiet place with a good infrastructure

One or two more signposts would be great, even my satnav couldn't find the place straight away.
Somewhat remote but beautiful location
Once you have found this place, which is not easy as it is not particularly well signposted, it is very nice there. A very well-kept site with very friendly staff.

I have been to this campground two years in a row in July and August very friendly reception. The campground is operated by the costa family and they are very helpful people. The campsite itself is situated on the river Lot, the campsite occupation consists of a mix of Belgians , Dutch , and especially... French , English. The sanitary is contemporary but very clean , the camping pitches are delimited and are large to very large and all shaded. Definitely a campsite to go to with children especially for the two beautiful swimming pools. All in all worthwhile especially for the price and quality.

The very friendly hosts make every effort to improve the site. As the pitch was full, we and other camper vans were allowed to stand on the "meadow". These are parceled out pitches! No problem. A 10-minute walk and a city bus runs from the high school. We had a great time.

One of the best campsites in France. Superbly run by a family. Sites very spacious no one bothers anyone. Cities a step away - very interesting. Surroundings too.
