Many large trees provide shade. Wi-Fi is free, but unfortunately it didn't work during our stay. At the beginning of October '14 we paid €15.60 for a motorhome with 2 people including electricity. The site is about 3 km from the beach at Foz do Arelho. The site is very hilly under old trees, therefore only suitable for large caravans to a limited extent (with a mover OK). The pitches are not overly large. There are some rental accommodations and also many permanent campers, but they were very... friendly. The swimming pool (approx. 25m long) has a separate baby area and is very suitable for swimming and splashing around. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available. There is a small supermarket where you can buy fresh bread rolls every day. The snack bar serves drinks and some snacks, and you can also have breakfast there. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. The site is guarded at night and is very quiet. The sanitary facilities are unfortunately very old and therefore look unkempt and dingy despite being cleaned several times a day. There is no toilet paper. The toilets were available in sufficient quantity but only because the pitch was only half full. Therefore, in our opinion, the place is too expensive for what it offers.

Another stay at an Orbitur park! As is typical of these parks, everything is clean, tidy and safe. The staff are kind and helpful. This park in particular has an atmosphere of quiet, peace and tranquillity. Nature is at our feet, without artificiality. I will return whenever the opportunity presents itself.
