We have simply felt at home here since our first visit, so we like to come back every year, it's like coming home.
The site is laid out in terraces, so you have a fascinating view from every pitch, whether tent, caravan, motorhome, mobile home or vacation apartment.
The restaurant has indoor and outdoor... seating and offers a delicious selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner or a snack/ice cream for in-between meals at very fair prices. Everyone will find what their heart desires on the varied drinks menu.
The whole feel-good factor is only possible with a fantastic team, who are busy from morning to night looking after everything to make it as beautiful as possible, we discover something new, different and beautiful every year.

The family atmosphere, the amazing view of the lake. The private beach is very nice and the restaurant is great. We had a great time and got to know lots of nice people. The whole atmosphere on the campsite is so nice, peaceful and symapthic!

The driveway is a bit narrow, but the view more than makes up for it :-)

The place is super nice. Small & informal, you can make friends if you want to or find peace and quiet if you want to be on your own. No comparison with Cannobio, which is completely overcrowded in summer. It was always very pleasant on the beach at Lakeview, never too crowded. The lake is great, was... nice and warm and great for swimming or SUPing.
The food is 10/10 with more than fair prices. I ate the dish of the day every evening for 15 euros with salad, water and dessert. And it wasn't canned food but very good, fresh Italian cuisine.
The team is multilingual, very friendly and charming. Just as it should be in Italy.
I've already booked for this summer and I'm looking forward to it!

Lakeview is a campsite that we made our destination for 3 weeks of summer vacation for the second time in 2025 and the third time in 2026. That alone speaks for itself! We feel right at home there.
There are playgrounds for the little ones, a private beach on the lake, which can be reached safely through... a small underpass. There are boats, pedalos and SUPs for hire and a small beach bar.
The lounge on pitch 1 is a great place to end the evening with a cold drink (the limoncello spritz is legendary).
As we are campers, we stayed on one of the pitches. But there are also lovely mobile homes at Lakeview.
The sanitary facilities are very clean and are cleaned several times a day.
The food in the site's own restaurant is very tasty, there is a good selection, original Italian pizza at absolutely reasonable prices.
