Saltbæk Camping lies only 1½ hour`s drive from Copenhagen and 10 minutes away from Kalundborg, Like a pearl in the most beautiful surroundings in west-sealand, an oasis placed in protected areas.It is an ideal starting point for a good vacation … if you are interested in rare birds and a varied nature-life, and if you like sun, beach, and seawater.You may take a walk in neighbouring forests and enjoy the long littorals along the bay of Sejerø on foot or bike.There are lots of activities in which you can take part, see the biggest coastmoor in Sealand, find rare plants, visit the exiting museums, be a guest in the old five-towered cathedral or at the castleruins Espen Snare. Partipate in an evening with arrowshooting, theater and middleage musik, or - why not just relax under the sun on the most sunny beach in denmark. In Saltbæk there are averagely more sunny hours and less rain than in the rest of denmark. Saltbæk Camping is a restored campingplace with first priority on toilet facilities and admittance to washingroom. Besides there are 5 newly built huts with hems and space for 4 adults and 3 children. If you feel like grilling on the terrace you can do that and still be able to keep an eye on the children on the playfield, or you can play the boule/petangue.The terrace is placed near the wellassorted store, where you can order fresh bread for breakfeast.During the summer the chief of the camp will set up different arrangements.
