Each campsite has its own bathroom. The campsites are very spacious and separated by hedges.
Desventajas
Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal somewhat cumbersome
Small Campground in a Large Park
The reservation and check-in were done online.
The campground has only 11 sites, all of which have their own comfortable and well-maintained bathroom.
It’s wonderfully quiet within the huge park.

The pitches themselves are very beautiful and spacious. A beautiful natural garden with great attention to detail.
Desventajas
The bathroom is not cleaned during the stay. There is no service, no toilet paper etc. No bread roll service. Only one coil for washing up. All rooms extremely underexposed...
This is NOT a campsite
The operators are very helpful, but obviously not campers themselves. You have to heat the hot water boiler in your own bathroom in the morning to be able to take a hot shower or wash yourself. We can only hope that no legionella bacteria will settle there, as it is probably not thermally disinfected.
The electricity consumption for hot water, hairdryer etc. from the bathroom is added to the consumption bill...

Thank you for your suggestions.
Our sanitary building has a decentralized hot water supply. This is much more energy-efficient than centralized systems in large buildings. This also eliminates the legionella problem. Local hot water preparation directly at the point of use means that there are no pipe... losses. Furthermore, significantly lower flow temperatures can be achieved. The boiler is disinfected automatically. The tenant decides for himself whether to switch off the highly insulated system temporarily when not in use. A lead time of 30 minutes is sufficient. Of course, the boiler can also be operated continuously. There was obviously a misunderstanding here.
Water, electricity and waste are included in the energy flat rate of 3.0 kWh/person. This is sufficient in 90% of cases. Only air conditioning and electric cars may require an additional payment.
For campsites with individual bathrooms, we are below the market price.
The defective light bulbs have been replaced. Each pitch receives at least one full roll + remaining roll.
Unfortunately, we cannot assign your review to a guest to discuss this afterwards. A direct conversation on site is always very helpful. Our highest aspiration is that you have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Small site with 11 pitches. The pitches are almost all parceled out with a hedge. Each pitch has its own bathroom
Desventajas
if at all .... there was only one sink for washing up. There could have been two
A gem with lots of love
Charming, idyllic little campsite. The site has 11 pitches, most of which are separated by a beech hedge.
Each pitch has its own bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. I have rarely seen such clean bathrooms/showers. The bathrooms are located in a larger building in which there is also a scullery with... a sink (could have been two) and a lounge.
A bakery, butcher and restaurants are within walking distance of the site.
Stamp hunters will not miss out either.
All in all a great loving place where people still trust each other...

Ventajas
the quiet location, the landscaped grounds as such, the size of the pitches, the private bathroom and the fact that you can share a large pitch with friends, dogs are also welcome
Desventajas
the access road to the campsite is worn out; the path to the campsite is unlit and unpaved; when using a pitch with friends, only 1 power connection (i.e. nothing works without a distributor) and you then only have one key to the house/bathroom for both parties; no water connection at the campsite - every drop has to be fetched and the WiFi is very slow; if the electricity consumption for the hot water heater (for showering) exceeds the daily budget, you may have to pay extra for electricity; - so comfort on a campsite is better, there is still room for improvement.
Idyllic but with some shortcomings
We (2 couples between 63 and 69 years old) recommend the place for families with children, for seniors and couples who like peace and quiet, as long as you don't mind fetching water and carrying it away. Carrying is necessary as there are no paved paths. If you are traveling with children, make sure... that they can swim, as there is a pond on the lower part of the property next to the playground equipment (we don't know how deep it is, but small children should never be left unattended there).

The owners take great care of their guests, and the main house, where the bathrooms are located, has a lovely lounge with a fireplace, books and games, as well as a comfortable laundry room.
The offer of honey and sometimes eggs (hopefully from happy hens) is great.

One criticism is that the access road is not exactly comfortable, with many rutted areas (where the water from the puddles collects). If you leave the site on foot, the access road to the road is pitch black - a few lamps would be very helpful.

We were very disappointed with the restaurants in Gernrode, either closed and if open then "closed company" or you can't get into the café with a dog - very, very unfortunate and not exactly holidaymaker-friendly.
In Thale and Quedlinburg, on the other hand, we felt very welcome.

The enchantingly landscaped site, where the loving treatment of nature and architecture by the very thoughtful and friendly Ebeling family is always visible and tangible in the many details. The superbly designed sanitary house with its own bathroom!

Nope, none!
Dreamlike temporary home
We, father and son, 11 years old, were on a men's vacation in Bad Suderode for only 4 nights. We were out hiking, cycling and fishing every day and each time it was a real pleasure to come back to the campsite to end the day in a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you very much!

Schitterende omgeving, zonnige zijde Harz, mooi sanitair, mooie camping
Desventajas
To bad Sudenrode and Gernrode both 5 to 10 min lopen. Kikkerkoning in Gernrode zeer goed gebak. Helaas geregeld stroomuitval. Tweede keer in avond alleen onze plaats. But you can't do that yourself and you don't have warm water and light in your bathroom when you leave the room. We have also been told that we had booked 7 nights. Why is a guest not allowed to stay in the kitchen when there is enough space? Verder is deze camping echt geweldig!!!

Camping site Gartenparadies
If you are looking for a small but very fine campsite, this is the place for you. Ideally located on the edge of the Harz Mountains, not far from Thale and Quedlinburg, this site is an ideal starting point for individual activities. It is also relatively easy to get to the Selketalbahn train station.... A must for all steam train fans. The site has been created with a lot of passion and understanding. The commitment of Mrs. Ebeling, always friendly and competent, who maintains the garden paradise every day, deserves special mention.

There is nothing going on in the village of Bad Suderode, no stores and the spa center has also been closed since 2018
Quiet clean place
We spent a three-week vacation there, the pitch is very nicely laid out and is located in a beautiful garden built with love. The Ebeling family is very friendly and you can buy honey from their own bees and apple juice from their own trees. a great place to relax and a starting point for great hikes and sightseeing. thanks to the family for the great vacation.

Dear Mr. Karl P., thank you very much for your comments. All bathrooms are heated and are equipped with individually adjustable radiators and a central gas boiler. In addition, individually adjustable electric chandeliers are available to guests. The building is fully insulated in accordance with the German Thermal Insulation Ordinance and Energy Saving Ordinance. Guests can individually light a fire in the fireplace room.

If you haven't been here yet, you've missed something!
Wonderful ambience surrounded by greenery. The very well-kept park-like garden invites you to stroll and relax in equal measure and surprises again and again with little lovely accessories. The camping pitches are nicely parceled out with beech hedges and are large enough for caravans and awnings. The... sanitary building with separate spacious bathrooms for each individual pitch is second to none! It could hardly be better! Many thanks for the pleasant stay. We will certainly be back again.

Super nice campsite
We stayed for a few days in August at the campsite we had chosen at short notice. We were able to book without any problems. The site is beautifully laid out and ideal for families. The sanitary facilities are in great condition and very clean, which can also be said about the whole site. The site is ideal for rest and relaxation.

Live like God in Quedlinburg!
There is really nothing more to add to my assessment from last fall. I can't imagine how Eleonora 151n came to her assessment. The campsite is closed in February! We were thrilled again. "We had a large pitch with electricity and a view of the beautiful park with ponds, gazebos, deckchairs and flowers... everywhere. There was an orchard for picking fruit, fresh eggs in the morning, bread roll service, apple juice from our own apples and even honey. There was a fireplace in the cozy lounge and firewood was available. The spacious, well-equipped single bathrooms were an unusual luxury. The only small disadvantage: the lighting on the path to the wash house is quite poor. A good flashlight is necessary!"

A paradise for those seeking relaxation
An excellent, very well-kept site right next to the park. The operators were super nice and always endeavored to make people and animals feel comfortable. You could see ducks, two doves, a peacock and small fire salamanders. You could even stroke the little goats and chickens. There was a playground, tree houses, an orchard, a herb garden and much more. We would love to come back.
