- 4.0DBDirk B.octubre 20224.0DBDirk B.octubre 2022VentajasA very nice location right on the water A nice groundsman who takes his time. Food and drink are available in the immediate vicinity of the pitch.DesventajasLack of cleanliness in the toilet The noise from the gravel pitA great location on the WeserA really great place right on the Weser with boat traffic and friendly waving skippers. It's a great place to stay. The village can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There are shopping facilities including a bakery (3x).
It was a pity that the cleaning of the sanitary facilities was not sufficient.
Otherwise a really nice place.
Frank B.mayo 20223.0Frank B.mayo 2022VentajasPitches directly on the Weser, everything friendly and uncomplicatedDesventajasThe general condition of the pitchYes and no, it's the location...We spent a weekend at the campsite to cycle along the Weser cycle path. The location is fantastic, right on the banks of the Weser and the cycle path. The campsite is also right next to Stolzenau, so everything is within walking distance. A bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurant, supermarket, ... the campsite... doesn't offer any of these, but you can find everything in the town. The site also has its own slipway, which may be of interest to kayakers or canoeists.
The reception was great and uncomplicated. The operator wasn't there at the time, but a permanent camper showed us the meadow where we could choose a pitch - everything was very relaxed and friendly. Electricity and water are always nearby, in the evening a few bicycle tourists always join us and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant.
But something urgently needs to be done to the pitch. All the concrete slabs and paving stones are crooked or broken, the slatted fences in the right wash house are almost falling apart and the lamps along the path are almost cool again but unfortunately all broken. The wash house was better than expected, even if the location right next to a run-down inn is not nice at all and somehow underpins the strange overall visual impression.
It's certainly OK for a weekend and the location makes up for a lot, but we probably wouldn't come back again, it's just not inviting somehow.Traducido automáticamente.2 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 5.0MSMatthias S.septiembre 20215.0MSMatthias S.septiembre 2021Ventajasnice, friendly and uncomplicatedDesventajasToo few hooks in the WC and showersfriendly and uncomplicatedWe stayed there for one night just passing through, friendly welcome and uncomplicated check in. The welcome was very warm, well organized and the operators are very kind and put their hearts into it. The toilets are clean, the highlight: there are shower cubicles for the ladies, with toilet and washbasin in one cubicle, great idea! And the layout is also very generous! Susanne E.junio 20205.0Susanne E.junio 2020VentajasGreat handling of the Corona hygiene regulations. We felt safe.DesventajasI liked everything. The gravel works didn't really bother me either. However, if you are sensitive ....Highly recommended! The site manager is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. He takes exceptionally good care of his guests from arrival to departure (but is by no means intrusive). Whether cyclists on the tent meadow or other guests. He looks around several times a day and helps or advises and gives tips.... The location of the campsite is great. Directly on the Weser and right in the town center. The bakery, restaurants, ice cream parlor, café and stores are all within walking distance. The sanitary building is clean and everything you need is there. - 3.0GMGerd M.abril 20193.0GMGerd M.abril 2019VentajasBeautiful on the WeserDesventajasNoise from the gravel worksFor a short vacationThe campsite is beautifully situated on the Weser, the pitches are all level, with intact turf and some with a view of the Weser. You can recognize several owners and their construction phases on the sanitary building, basically with good ideas but always half-heartedly executed. I have never seen so... much unprofessional work in one place, extreme tile joints, cables nailed to the edge of the tiles, half-heartedly smeared pipes under plaster, etc.. The cleanliness was okay. The campsite itself is quiet (we had many holidays), from the opposite side of the Weser comes extremely annoying noise from a gravel sorting plant on weekdays (6-21 o'clock), unfortunately we had east wind during our stay, which carries the noise particularly well to the CP. Our conclusion: fine on public holidays and as a base camp for excursions in this area, not recommended for a vacation on the site on weekdays.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!

- 3.0HNHolger N.mayo 20173.0HNHolger N.mayo 2017Ventajasdirectly on the WeserDesventajasthe playgroundDirectly on the WeserWe received a friendly welcome on arrival. It is a simple place. If you are looking for a tourist stronghold with entertainment for children, you have definitely come to the wrong place. The playground wasn't really one. The view of the Weser with passing ships made up for it somewhat, so that the little... one was always excitedly watching. However, the site is always a good place to explore by bike. The sanitary facilities were a bit grubby but certainly not dirty. Price / performance absolutely ok.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

Frank S.agosto 20164.0Frank S.agosto 2016VentajasEverything was very nice, uncomplicated and always in the interests of the camper.Very nice, committed and courteousAfter answering the question: "Where do you want to pitch?" with "Close to the water!", we were given the best instructions and stood directly on the Weser as requested. With the perfect weather at the weekend, it was an ideal pitch. Thank you!
