We stayed at this campsite for 1 week during the Easter vacation in April. The check in on arrival was friendly and uncomplicated. You could also do the whole thing at the machine directly in front of the reception (therefore also possible outside opening hours).
The site itself is relatively large and... divided into several roundels. Some of them are fixed for permanent campers. Our allocated pitch was in rondel 4 right next to the wash house and large children's playground. The pitches are large, level and equipped with water, waste water and electricity. The ground is a mixture of grass and gravel. The sanitary facilities were modern and clean. They were cleaned daily. However, we noticed that the fuller the site became, the less clean everything was. Perhaps cleaning several times a day would be a good idea when the site is full. There is also a lot on the site for children. Great playground, small MTB track and for the smaller ones an indoor play area with ball pool, climbing wall, etc. .... Outside the campsite is the lake with some leisure activities such as an adventure playground and soccer pitch.
We also used the beer garden at the campsite once and were actually quite satisfied with the food and drink.
We can recommend the campsite without exception and would come again.

It was also strictly forbidden to walk around the lake as part of the lakeside path was not even allowed to be walked on by a dog. I remember that as children we used to take our dogs for a walk around the lake every evening. That is now absolutely forbidden. What's more, the campsite staff also give you a pretty stupid telling off if you lie down with your dog on a lead in the meadow, which was not affected by the dog ban.
