We had a wonderful stay in a peaceful setting. The mobile home was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Great for teens and kids. Can't wait for August to come so we can go back 😃

I suggest putting up directional signs to make it easier to find one's parking space, and installing larger signs that clearly display the parking space numbers.

The campground is on the other side of the road…in that damn corner; there is a new restroom building, with 2 toilets, 2 showers, 1 sink, and 1 urinal, plus 2 outdoor dishwashing stations. It was clean and tidy, but the front desk forgot to mention that we needed tokens, which we found out at 7:00 a.m.—the reception wasn’t open then—and they’d also forgotten to give us the trash bags we needed—special municipal bags—and when we were about to leave, I pulled the inside of the cabinet along with the plug…and the pool was the absolute worst—it looked nice in the photos, but in reality it was a filthy mess

I chose a campground an hour away from my home, with beautiful open spaces and woods.

We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the short-stay camping area. The staff was attentive and very friendly; I have a few comments below, but we’ll be back because the new owners have only been there a short time and it will take them a while to get the facilities back in order.

There are definitely not enough restrooms during peak season. The showerheads were heavily encrusted with limescale, which stung the skin. The area for emptying RVs and chemical toilets wasn’t great because there was no water to flush the toilet or fill the clean water tank. Otherwise, the restrooms are very clean. There’s a lack of lighting in this walkway area, as well as a lack of electrical outlets, which would eliminate the need for cables running across the road. There’s no convenience store where guests could pick up groceries and fresh bread.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at your campground. We had a nice swim and enjoyed the open space around our accommodations. And we had a delicious pizza. There are plenty of activities to do in the area. We spoke with the owner—he was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back here next year (hoping it hasn’t turned into a campground full of row upon row of caravans :)

Of course, there’s still plenty of room for improvement at this campground; the cabins are very old (we stayed in them 45 years ago).We’ve stayed at this campground three times before, and we keep coming back because it’s a simple campground with spacious sites and plenty of peace and quiet. Areas that could use some improvement include the pool and the playgrounds. The receptionist wasn’t very enthusiastic (it was the same during our last stay)—that’s such a shame. You arrive at the campground full of anticipation, so you expect more enthusiasm. For example, by asking, “Are you familiar with the campground?” or offering tips on the surrounding area or the campground’s restaurant.

There is currently no option to order drinks or breakfast during the week. However, this is available on weekends and during the vacation months.

"Fun" is a bit of a stretch. The view of the fields from the standing area was pretty nice, though.

Please update the website; there is a swimming pool, but it’s in a state of disrepair and no longer in use. The campground store was also no longer in use.

Not enough restroom facilities for the number of campers; the pool wasn't open. We stayed for one weekend in late May, so it wasn't a problem. The new managers told us that all of this will be changed in the coming months.

A very cozy and spacious campground, partly because you can pitch tents anywhere in the woods; very spacious sites for RVs (just keep in mind that the ground isn’t flat—it’s fairly hilly). The restrooms are great and clean! The bread delivery service is also very convenient. And in the evening, you can grab a drink at the bar, which is cozy under a large tent.

The campground is showing its age, but they're working hard to fix it, so it's not a problem. For example, it's a shame that the pool is empty...

I loved being able to set up our tent in the woods and enjoy the cool shade of the trees, since it was over 35 degrees. The Summer Bar is a great idea—we immediately wanted to go have a drink under the tent.

Maybe it’s because it’s early in the season, but the campground is in need of maintenance. The restrooms near the woods aren’t very modern anymore and aren’t very clean. We took a shower with a trickle of water—which was a shame after a hike in 35-degree heat. It was also disappointing that the pool was closed. I don’t know if it’s temporary or not, but the generator (turned off at night) installed near our campsite is really very loud. The Summer Bar is a really good idea, but it’s a shame about the volume and the choice of music, which doesn’t exactly invite relaxation.

The Forest

Kids are zipping around on e-scooters like crazy. Even after being asked not to cross the playground, they kept riding their e-scooters and e-boards. Everything is focused on your swimming pool. All the emails have a big picture of your swimming pool. It’s huge!!! But it’s written in very small print and is barely noticeable on your website that it’s only open in July and August. Take down the swimming pool pictures!

Thanks in part to the weather, we had a wonderful time; the trailer was clean and fully equipped as always. It’s a shame that the new owners no longer allow campfires. The new catering setup looks cozy, and the pizza was delicious! The performance on Saturday was loud, but the musical duo was excellent, so it wasn’t disruptive in the background. It was nice to see Valerie’s familiar face at the front desk again!

The website showed a beautiful pool. We’re a family with two children, ages 5 and 7. We booked with you based on the pool shown on your site. Once we arrived, the pool turned out to be closed (even though it was 30 degrees). We ended up leaving that same evening for another Huttopia location. It’s okay if a pool is closed, but it would be nice if you’d mention that on the website. We hope you’ll accommodate us on this (it’s not so much about the money as it is about the principle).
