Rip-off
It didn't even get to the point of booking.
Simply a rip-off.
Most expensive campsite in Europe.
Preseason for pitch 71.00EURO without water connection!!!
Outrageous!!!
For a 3 star campsite!!!
These people have lost all reality.
Criticism is not even answered.
Live and let live.
But not like this.... We will not be ripped off.
We don't go to Hungary!!!! for that
But there are still reasonable people.
Our tip: Camping Napfény
Pitch right by the water with water connection for 25 euros per night.
Last year we were in the main season on Lake Garda, first row right on the water.
With water connection and waste water for 54 euros. This is a 5 star campsite.
Pride goeth before a fall!!!!

The restaurant
Desventajas
That is not cleaned properly
Never again
One of the most horrible places ever . Wherever you look dirt and mud. If you tell the cleaning lady to remove the cobwebs above the door she scolds you in Hungarian and leaves. The pool is slippery, the pool supervisor is only busy with the cell phone and does exactly nothing. She doesn't even care if children stand on the slide and jump and injure themselves.

Directly on the water. Gastronomy with friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Desventajas
Pool somewhat overchlorinated
Good campsite in a beautiful location
Well located campsite with its own beach.
Very friendly service and catering staff.
The private pool is great for the kids and unfortunately a bit too chlorinated for my nose.
However, the campsite left a good impression and was booked for next year. Price and performance are in a good relationship.

Ventajas
Long beautiful beach, great swimming at Lake Balaton Playground and volleyball court Very clean toilets
Desventajas
Children's entertainment and pool too remote a little too loud at night
Beautiful family vacation on the south shore
The campsite itself is absolutely fine and can be recommended. I think it's one of the best on the south bank, even if there are even better ones on the north bank.
The pitches are large enough and well demarcated. The long meadow bathing beach with direct access to Lake Balaton is particularly great.... A huge bathing area just for the campsite, only a few steps away from the caravan.
Everything is very clean and well maintained. The sanitary facilities in particular were very clean (even if a little dated). There is also a nice playground and volleyball court. There is a small supermarket for emergency provisions.
The only drawback is that the children's entertainment and the children's pool are right on the edge, directly at the entrance. As a result, you hardly use them, although they are certainly not bad. It's just too far away from the pitches and the beach. The pool and entertainment should be more centrally located. Also missing is a small children's beach where the little ones can dig in the sand on the shore. A hairdresser on the campsite would not be bad either (there are other campsites on Lake Balaton). I also find it annoying that there is no central garbage area, but the garbage cans are scattered along the main path. This does not look nice. In the evenings, the operator could provide more peace and quiet, as young people often party loudly with music on the volleyball court on the beach until after midnight. The prices at the snack bar and restaurant are a bit too high.

But otherwise, as I said, a nice place.

A beautiful place on Lake Balaton.
Desventajas
Toilets very old and unclean.
Campsite Mirabella Zamardi
The place itself is very nice. The only problem is that very little German is spoken at reception. You are treated quite rudely. Last year was our 12th visit to the campsite. Unfortunately, the toilets have not been renovated. The showers are really disgusting. The price for the pitch is getting more... and more expensive. So we and many other campers will not be going back to this site. What a shame, really.
Washing machines are advertised on Instagram. There's one for the whole site and if you comment on it, you're immediately blocked. Absolutely not open to criticism. Without words.

Ventajas
Inexpensive, direct location on the lake
Desventajas
Sanitary facilities outdated and partly unacceptable
Quite alright by Hungarian standards
Affordable, clearly laid out campsite right on the lake. Short distances, the size of the pitches is sufficient. Cleanliness on the site is satisfactory, but the sanitary facilities urgently need to be renovated. Staff are always helpful if you have a request. Gastronomically you are also taken care of, but you should not expect too much (as generally in Hungary) :-)

Sanitary facilities
Too bad the good cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was clouded by the rotten fittings, broken, jammed, calcified. Doors did not close.

operational deficiencies
crowded, sloppy operation
two of the 4 men's toilets were closed for 1 week, the problem was not corrected, there was a constant queue! no bins on weekends, in the fireplace there were several bins of rubbish in several days! reception opens at 8 am, but even then only 1 person, check-out (payment) took 35 minutes! prices are not known in advance, no website, only after a specific reservation, you can know the amount

Pitches directly on Lake Balaton
Desventajas
Age of the sanitary facilities
14 days caravan
The 10-hour drive was very exhausting and we were given a very friendly welcome, which I can also confirm in the following days. The location of the campsite is very good. If you book early you get a pitch directly on Lake Balaton. The sanitary facilities are the primary problem. Loose tiles, toilet... seats made of glued wood partly without color, ... I don't know why this is not put in order, especially since a cleaning staff is on the road all day in the abundant sanitary facilities and does a very good job. The site could really score points here! The pitch we were given was large enough and had its own electricity connection. The restaurant in the area was not my cup of tea. I can recommend the small bar. The service here is really nice and the prices are ok. There is a pool. I didn't use it because I give priority to Lake Balaton. We had 4 children with us who could move around freely on the campsite by bike or on foot.

Price and performance
Large price increase 2018
Large surcharge in 2018. Price / performance totally exaggerated. Pitch with 1 person but charged for 2 people. Cheap to book and recommended only via Booking.com. this is also recommended by the reception.

Quiet and peaceful place without construction site, pitches are demarcated and rather large
Desventajas
Restaurant -staff impossible although we were only 4 people in the restaurant
Nice place, rather quiet, completely unfriendly staff in the restaurant
The place is ok and rather quiet as the only place on Ballaton without railroad noise, water taps in the sanitary facilities mostly defective, totally unfriendly staff in the restaurant, currently strong construction noise from the neighboring property on which a hotel is being demolished,

TipTop maintained, directly on the lake, pool, cheap

Nothing around it
Great CP, directly on Lake Balaton with pool
This is how I imagine camping. Clean sanitary facilities, each with its own full-time cleaner. Direct access to the lake, small restaurant and a buffet. The price is absolutely fine. Not much else around it.

very very UNCLEAN!!!
WC facilities and showers very unclean many parts defective e.g. WC lid showers
The campsite may not be awarded more than two stars. The facilities are from the mid-sixties. It is essential to invest here and not just withdraw money.

Beach, location.
Desventajas
Lack of maintenance. Condition of water closets.
2017 July holidays
We holidayed here in July 2017. Family holiday: in a caravan, on a plot. The campsite was completely full, every plot was occupied, the tent campers took up every space around the toilets. Despite this, the campsite was not noisy, noisy... We got a pitch near the entrance (turnstile), close to the buffet... line. The area is mostly sunny, with little shade. Car traffic was tolerable, everyone inside the campground moved slowly. There is a pool where the kids can have a good swim and the animators were constantly organising activities. The beach is immaculate. The water is slowly deepening, perfect for weak swimmers, small children. On the beach there is a playground, several showers. The campsite has a grocery store with minimal supplies, several buffets, cafeterias, gyros, and a flame oven. The price is ok by Balaton standards, the quality is impeccable. When we were there, there was also a camping shop. The bath/WC facilities are a disaster. The toilet boards are worn out, the showers are smashed, the water from the shower heads comes with brutal force, for children it can even cause injury. We didn't see any maintenance while we were there, but they cleaned regularly. However, with so many people it is ineffective. However, there is a baby bath, which is fine. There are 3 water blocks, well spaced from everywhere. There is 200MB free Wifi - but not up to date. The price of pay Wifi has not been thought through. There is a noticeable greed. Everything is within walking distance and a few minutes drive. Restaurant, snack bar, ferry, pier, ALDI, TESCO, etc... (Party, relax, fishing, biking, boating.) We had a great time, but you need a stomach for the water block.

Old acquaintance
We have been guests for a very long time.We used to be seasonal renters for years and have been through a few rental changes. There are much nicer, much bigger, much more comfortable, much better equipped campsites on Lake Balaton but this place has something special that makes us come back every year... for at least a few days.It is very family friendly and the beach is very good. The shop is modestly equipped but has the basics. There used to be a restaurant but there is only a grill bar open now. If the weather is bad you can't do anything in the campsite. The condition of the toilets is generally good (except during B.Sound)they really put a lot of effort into cleaning.Families with small children should stay away during festivals !!!!!

Something to refine
The campsite could use a little renovation otherwise it's quite noisy, the music blaring etc. the order is not paid much attention to the grass is usually burnt out the garbage is not very picked up unfortunately, because otherwise it could be a very nice little campsite good the beach nice view the swimming pool master is very nice for small children, for those who want quiet, I do not recommend it at all.

A very beautifully situated place. The surrounding area is worth seeing. You can go on beautiful excursions. However, the site is outdated. Unfortunately, this condition will not be changed and the sanitary facilities were catastrophic. Dirty, vermin etc. When the campsite was full, it was only cleaned very poorly once a day. This is supposed to be different in the low season.
