A spacious spot in a beautiful location at the end of the campground; the RV, the kids’ tent, and the car all fit easily on the spacious sites. The sites are well-maintained and the bushes are trimmed.

One of the two restroom buildings is closed, and the one that is open could use some attention. There’s a grimy-looking buildup near the showers with floor-mounted sinks, and there’s a layer of dust on the electrical outlets. Toilet paper runs out regularly. In short, one building is really not enough during peak season. For a park with the “Ciella Village” label, I found it to be subpar.

It really is the kind of campground we used to know. Natural sites and small-scale. There’s also a great atmosphere at the entrance to the campground, near the bar.

The pool is much smaller than we expected. There isn’t a supermarket closer than 10 km, so even for a quick trip to the store, you have to drive quite a distance. There’s also a lot of overdue maintenance. The little lake was really dirty. The sports facilities weren’t clean, and there were a lot of weeds around them. These are all issues that are easy to fix.

I took my grandchildren to this campground, and we were delighted with our stay because it’s on a human scale, very shady, with comfortable mobile homes, a water park featuring three pools and slides—perfect for all ages—and great activities and evening events.

Eventually, a better-stocked grocery store would be a plus

There's no grocery store with fresh produce—too bad. And a few vegetables

The entertainment Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool The setting and the peace and quiet The facilities (stage, restaurant/bar, mini-golf, all the playgrounds, bakery, grocery store...) The modern, air-conditioned mobile homes are a major plus. We had a great week.

The 9-euro towel set is supposed to include a bath mat, but there isn't one. The pool floor is old and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. The baguette is quite expensive for Marie Blachère (though it's very good, by the way).

Some maintenance issues: the fitness area needs weeding A drain cover needs to be installed at the end of the central plaza on the snack bar side The picnic table needs repair because a nail is sticking out.... More variety and simplicity at the snack bar and restaurant It would be appreciated if the grocery store sold sanitary napkins and tampons The trash cans are full!!!!

The green spaces, the overall family-friendly atmosphere (lots of grandparents with their grandchildren), the warm welcome, and the staff’s responsiveness. The restaurant offers good value for the price.

A few hygiene issues: overflowing trash bins (add more if they aren’t being emptied); staff entering the pool area with shoes on even though they’re supposed to use the footbath (which isn’t always clean, by the way). Add more shoe storage. No lifeguard

Great campground, lots of greenery, a pool, a water slide, and a really good show—our grandchildren loved it. A very friendly team: staff and activity leaders. Very good restaurant.

No complaints about the campsites, sports facilities, or swimming pools.

As for the food service, you can do much better... It would be great if the bread and croissant station opened earlier (no later than 8 a.m.). Offer coffee (at 9 a.m., the machine still isn't running); by 12:30 p.m., half the paninis and tacos are already sold out, no fries either, and you should offer hot dogs for the kids... It’s July 14th… you could order frozen fries in advance for the whole season, right? We’ll come back, but we’ll bring our own food next time… Clean the restrooms earlier in the morning…

A very family-friendly campground with all the necessary amenities for both adults and children. The staff are very professional, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The river and the pond are great places to take a stroll and get some fresh air. The sites are spacious, and the campground is quiet.
