Location

The plusses: - showers, WCs and washbasins always clean and sufficient. - Well-located pitches right next to sanitary facilities, with no nuisance.

The minuses : - pool closed on Fridays and Saturdays from 1pm to 3pm. When it's been gray all the rest of the week, I find it a bit briny... - very small pool, fortunately it wasn't too crowded during the 45 minutes we had a chance to use it... - The cleaning staff were downright rude: this gentleman copiously sprayed my feet while I was in the toilets, claiming that I wasn't respecting his work! No notice of temporary closure.

Quiet campsite with everything you could want in a campsite (entertainment, proximity to the lake, shops, bike rental and swimming pool).

The cleanliness of the sanitary areas and the terracing of the campsites. It's dusty, which makes it difficult to maintain our living quarters.

Everything was perfect: the campsite, the mobl-home, the restaurant, the entertainment, the welcome. Any need for service was dealt with immediately, very responsive to requests.

The roadside restaurant

We enjoyed our week at the campsite. It's all about having a great vacation without having to plan. Feel like cycling? It's possible from the campsite! Don't feel like cooking? Go to the restaurant! The staff are wonderful and take great care of you. The campsite is on a human scale, with quality service. You feel at home straight away! Thank you for this week's vacation 😊

Everything was top notch, from the welcome to the services offered! I highly recommend it and we'll probably be back next year.

Spacing between mobile homes and campsites. Reception which requires additional fees on arrival and not on the reservation site (eco participation of the campsite, eco participation of the site already made beforehand, and parking fees in addition).

Tranquillity

A great aquatic area in a campsite on a human scale, we only spent 3 days there but it was really good.

The mobile home and the calm of the campsite

Pools that seem to be adapted for fewer people: we found ourselves several times in the pool where no one could move. It's a pity not to have a mini slide for the children, as the stone slide hurts and doesn't slide well. They say Biscarosse campsite, but we're only 30 minutes away by car, which is a long way from next door! The entertainment is at restaurant level, on the roadside and outside the campsite, and there are very few places to sit for the entertainment, so you feel obliged to consume. The Mizzy evening should be every day!

Not much to go on

Impossible to bring a 17 year old minor as her parents were not present. Not informed of special pool times, no activities on Friday evening, very disappointed. In addition, the supervisor was very unpleasant and miscommunicative. Clearly, we won't be coming back.

Family campsite, well located for exploring the area. Friendly entertainment and staff. Good welcome, smiling staff who are easy to talk to. Good-sized pitch. The restaurant also offers a warm welcome, with smiling, responsive waitresses. Sanitary facilities cleaned regularly during the day. Toilet paper in sufficient quantity. You can return to the campsite until midnight.

A dedicated entertainment area is lacking, as entertainment in the middle of people dining in the restaurant is not very practical for staff. Access to the toilet block closest to the entrance is not safe. There's a big step right at the entrance to the toilets (risk of falling). The gravel around the toilet block brings dirt into the toilets and inside (a pity for the hard-working staff). A cracked washbasin in one cubicle causes water to spill onto the floor.
