We stayed here for 1 week as a family with a caravan.

When we were there, the pitch was full, but you never had the feeling of lots of people or overcrowding. It was pleasant.

We liked Camping La Source from the very first minute, we had reserved a comfort pitch and indicated that we didn't have a mover. So we were given a pitch downstairs and they helped us set it up straight away. Simply great!
The campsite is beautifully situated on the lake. It only took a few minutes... to get into the refreshing water and enjoy the magnificent panorama.
We entered the village through a gate at the top and were able to buy delicious baguettes from the bakery in the morning. The place is cozy and you feel like you're on vacation. There are no large supermarkets, but the 8a huit has everything you need at somewhat expensive prices.
There is so much nature to discover in the area and then the magical lake beckons.
The campsite is not that big. The sanitary facilities are always clean and the open-air showers are quite something.
However, I would always book a comfort pitch. The standard pitches are often very small.
We enjoyed our time right up to the last minute and will definitely be back.

A beautiful campsite on Lac De Sant Croix and the nearby Verdon Gorge. We felt comfortable right from the start and can fully agree with Vanderbeke's positive reviews. We actually wanted to stay another week but the area was declared a Corona risk area. That's why we left early, but will definitely come back here and to this campsite.
