Sandra K.julio 20262.0Sandra K.julio 2026VentajasShaded campsites.Desventajas- Not particularly dog-friendly. No place to walk them. - Lack of customer service - No refund offered, despite the unit being re-rentedUnfortunately, no goodwill gestureWe specifically chose Camping Kozarica because the campground is described on various platforms as dog-friendly (dogs allowed, dog shower, and even a dog beach). That’s exactly why we booked our vacation there and paid for the entire stay in full in advance.
Once we arrived, however, we realized that... the campground wasn’t as suitable for our vacation with two dogs as we had expected based on the description. So we immediately went to the front desk to discuss the matter and find a solution together.
There, we were told it wasn’t a problem—we could leave and simply had to send an email, after which the amount would be refunded. In the subsequent email correspondence, however, this was completely rejected, and any refund was denied.
What disappointed us the most was that, despite several friendly emails and our willingness to find a fair compromise, there wasn’t even a small gesture of goodwill. We would have fully understood if a partial amount had been withheld.
What we found particularly baffling was that our stay—which we had already paid for in full—was not refunded at all, even though, as far as we could tell, our campsite had already been reoccupied during the period we had originally booked.
We were on vacation and simply would have appreciated fair and customer-oriented treatment. It’s a shame—because the campground itself may be lovely for many guests. Unfortunately, our experience with customer service was not.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 4.0HI

The design and location of this accommodation is top notch. The facilities too. Each mobile home has its own gas barbecue, outdoor shower, parasol and 2x sun loungers. An outdoor seating area with table and 4 chairs is also included. The shower towels were... changed twice a week, the bed linen once a week. The Adria Village is car-free, the vehicles are parked separately under a sun sail.
The proximity to Pakostane is also great. The path leads along the sea and is practically car-free.
We were able to get our boat in and out of the water in Pakostane harbor using the mobile crane. There is a slip ramp and I think smaller boats do quite well there. We were able to hire a buoy for the boat and there is a jetty for getting in and out.
I can well imagine considering this place again.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 1.0KSKarin S.julio 20231.0KSKarin S.julio 2023Ventajas-DesventajasallNo thanks, never againPitch with the WoMO difficult to reach - pitches not divided and insufficiently marked - pitches overgrown with trees, we could not even extend the awning - sanitary facilities unkempt and dirty - restaurant unkempt, staff annoyed and unfriendly - price utopian for this placeTraducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!

Friendly staff, even a small repair to the bike was carried out by the groundsman without charge. Cleanliness of the sanitary facilities could be better. The number of electricity connections is sufficient, but the distance to them is sometimes very long. - 3.0DPDaniel P.junio 20193.0DPDaniel P.junio 2019VentajasLocation directly by the sea (pitch A) Good supermarket and restaurant on the site Sanitary basically clean, although oldDesventajasOld sanitary facilities unsafe playground poorly accessible pitches and slopingGreat pitches by the sea and compromises on sanitary facilitiesThe campsite is beautifully situated by the sea. We had a pitch right in the front row by the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Pitches: Pitches A+B are beautifully situated towards the sea and laid out in terraces. However, this makes access to the pitches extremely difficult. We have... a Hobby 560KmFe and could only maneuver from the main road to the pitch with the mover. When dismantling, the mover didn't even make it up the slope and we still needed helpers. The A pitches are well equipped with water, waste water and electricity and are large enough. Unfortunately, there are sometimes trees in the middle of the pitch. A photo should be requested when booking. To align the caravan, a wheel had to be "dug in" on one side and the other side had to be wedged under with 10cm. However, this was not quite enough. Sanitary facilities: We could only use the sanitary building on the beach. The other one was locked. Basically it was always very clean, it was cleaned several times a day. Unfortunately, the equipment is from the 70s or 80s. Therefore rather functional. In the other sanitary building we wanted to use the family bathrooms to shower the children, unfortunately it looked as if they had not been cleaned for a long time. (full garbage cans) There were hardly any other children there during our stay. Shower tokens are not required. There are two cash machines on the site. There is also a well-stocked supermarket and restaurant on site. There is a small pool for children and a relatively old and unsafe playground. Children should only play under supervision. It has no influence on the rating, but you should perhaps be aware that the beach and water are full of sea urchins. Conclusion: The place gets a good 3*** from me. However, if you value 4**** sanitary facilities, this is definitely not the place for you.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
- 1.0JSJürgen S.agosto 20181.0JSJürgen S.agosto 2018VentajasRelatively quiet at night, beautiful beach.Desventajas- Poor price/performance ratio - Pitches difficult to access - dog unfriendly - beach overcrowdedOnce and never againThe price-performance ratio on this site is absolutely outrageous. A category B pitch costs more than a TOP pitch in Italy in high season. Water and waste water disposal are only available at the two wash houses and the water in the showers and wash basins only runs for a few seconds at a time. There... are dead insects a centimeter thick in the ceiling lamps of the wash houses. Although the outdated wash house near the beach can only be used with a chip bracelet, many strangers still manage to gain access to the sanitary facilities or use the only station for chemical toilets as a toilet and washroom. The access roads to the pitches are extremely narrow and steep, many pitches can only be reached with a good mover. There is nothing for dogs on the site; there is only one waste garbage can for poop bags. The entire beach of Pakostane and the campsite is a no-go area for dogs. There are no opportunities for dogs to run around or run free, watch out for dog catchers. There are many guesthouses in the village, whose guests mainly use the campsite beach, as this is accessible to everyone. On arrival you have to give a departure date, but if you leave early you still have to pay the full price. The staff are unfriendly and suddenly only understand the local language in the event of problems or complaints.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

- 3.0HGHelmut G.agosto 20183.0HGHelmut G.agosto 2018VentajasProximityDesventajasToo many strangers on the beach. Restaurant not very friendlyIlse and HelmutToo bad about the campsite. The beach is fenced in but is used by more non-campers. As a camper you have to look for a pitch very early, otherwise the pitches are occupied by non-campers. Of course, they also use the sanitary facilities, whose doors are almost always open, and litter them. The campsite... can be entered unhindered at any time. There is no control. As others have already reported, WLAN at the campsite is very poor and expensive. We have booked a mobile home and two pitches every year but will avoid this campsite in future. What a shame for the otherwise beautiful site.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

The proximity to Pakostane is great. Although the campsite was full, it exuded a certain tranquillity. No hustle and bustle. Toilet block down by the beach always clean and no waiting time. Ideal spot for boaters. Nikola, who rents out the buoys, also... takes care of mooring and collects the boat from the campsite if required. - 3.0BBB. B.septiembre 20173.0BBB. B.septiembre 2017VentajasLocationDesventajas"Dismantling" of the infrastructure as early as SeptemberBeautifully situatedWe were there in September for 1 week with the motorhome. First of all, we were only offered a pitch in the upper area, although there were still plenty of free pitches towards the sea. Anyway, our pitch was under tall trees and very shady, which can be an advantage. The sanitary building was easy to... reach. We were quite happy for the first half of the week, but in the second week they started to prepare everything for the closure. The larger sanitary building was closed, so there were only a few showers available and it was a relatively long walk. There was hardly anything left in the restaurant, and the store was also running on "low flame". Everything was also dismantled on the beach. Even though the campsite is open until the end of October. If it hadn't been for this, we would have been happy to recommend the campsite. The location is beautiful, Pakostane is within easy walking distance, the sea and the beach are also beautiful. The staff are not very accommodating.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
