- 5.0CKChristian K.agosto 20195.0CKChristian K.agosto 2019VentajasClose to the city, relaxed, good price - performance ratioDesventajasActually, there's always something to complain aboutSuper town squarePerfectly situated on an island directly in front of the Pont du Avignon and the Pabst Palace, quiet, large shady pitches with electricity and water - not all - especially those with a view of the city, some without electricity, pool, small supermarket, baguette, croissant, pool bar, free ferry behind... the site across the Rhône to the old town, simple sanitary facilities, a bit outdated but clean, unisex, no toilet seat but mostly paper available, really charming place - oh and not to forget the cicadas, price-performance for us very reasonable family with 3 children and camper 38 the nightTraducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

Frank-Helmut W.junio 20194.0FWFrank-Helmut W.junio 2019VentajasLocation to the cityDesventajasExpensive in high season.Top location in AvignonA well-known site for us, close to the city, shady. Not exactly cheap in the high season (July), but good prices for such a place before and after. The site is located on the banks of the Rhone on a river island directly opposite the famous and sung-about bridge and the old town. From the northern end... of the square, a free (!) passenger ferry crosses the Rhone every 15 minutes, docking on the left side of the river at the height of the rock (from there it's about a 15-minute walk to the Pope's Palace). There is no easier way to get to the city center! Good facilities: swimming pool, epicerie, restaurant, ... Despite the size of the site, the sanitary facilities are clean.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 3.0MOmartin o.mayo 20183.0MOmartin o.mayo 2018VentajasLocation. - 4.0AGAlfred G.abril 20184.0AGAlfred G.abril 2018VentajasProximity to Avignon and tranquillityDesventajasHot water supplyGood space, but not enough hot waterIdeal for visiting the city of Avignon. Unfortunately, the water in the sanitary facilities (shower and sink) was cold every evening. The reason was that there were too many guests using the facilities.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
- 3.0JZJürgen Z.septiembre 20173.0JZJürgen Z.septiembre 2017Ventajasgood locationDesventajasSanitary facilities could be modernizedGood place for sightseeingAn ideal place to visit Avignon. You can reach the city quickly on foot or by bike (approx. 1.5 km) and have no problems with the few and expensive parking spaces. The pitches are large, shady and mostly slightly sloping. The sanitary facilities are "getting on in years", but were well maintained. There is a small supermarket on the site. WiFi is chargeable! From the pitch you have a wonderful view of the Palais des Papes and Pont St. Bénézet.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
- 1.0Jörg F.julio 20171.0Jörg F.julio 2017VentajasZeroDesventajasSee reportThe worst C pitch in terms of sanitary facilities for 34 yearsThe most unkempt campsite we have visited as campers in the last 34 years, sanitary grade 6, also otherwise there is not much offered for the eye, hardcore also the bar, there is chicken from the grill, look at the grill before!Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 4.0GBGaby B.mayo 20174.0GBGaby B.mayo 2017VentajasClose to the cityDesventajasfrom our point of view nogood locationIdeal for a visit to Avignon and (not to be forgotten) Villeneuve-les-Avignon. You can take a ferry to Avignon free of charge and are (almost) directly in the old town. We were able to choose a parking space and had a view of the Palais des Papes. It was our 2nd time here and both times - from our point... of view - it was fine. The pitches are very shady and separated by hedges. Unisex sanitary facilities, showers good, water was good. Toilets without toilet seats, with toilet paper, urinal available.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 2.0CHCorina H.abril 20172.0CHCorina H.abril 2017VentajasThe park and proximity to the cityDesventajasUnkempt condition, especially the sanitary facilitiesNice park, but the wash house is really bad!We stayed here for 1 night on the way to/from Spain. Great park, easy to reach. Pitches often sloping or enclosed with kerbs...walking distance to the beautiful old town. All good, but the sanitary building is in a simple, unkempt condition and not up to today's standards - to put it mildly! Otherwise you could easily stay here longer. It would also be nice if the whole area was spruced up for the season (restaurant, pool, privacy screen, etc).Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

Alfa M.septiembre 20162.0Alfa M.septiembre 2016VentajasThe proximity to the city (easily accessible by bike or on foot)DesventajasSanitary facilities are a horror, not for the faint-hearted.OK if you are not dependent on sanitary facilitiesThe most impossible sanitary facilities during our round trip. The dirt is simply swept from the toilet onto the "fallow land" in front of it in the morning. There are no toilet seats, men and women share all the facilities. I didn't use the showers out of disgust. The chemical toilet disposal point... could also be better maintained. It's a shame as the site offers large plots with greenery and shade, the pool looked clean and the rest of the site made a good impression. The store made a dusty impression, not inviting. It was OK for one night. In the low season, the ferry only runs until 5/18 p.m., so be sure to cycle to Avignon, it's quicker than taking the small ferry. Sanitary facilities are the biggest factor for me in a rating, so there are only two stars.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 4.0SMsandrine m.julio 20164.0SMsandrine m.julio 2016VentajasFacing the Popes' Palace, less than 2 km from AvignonDesventajasThe pool is missing a few extra seatsIdeal location2 stays at this campsite during our vacations in Provence, ideally located opposite Avignon and within easy reach of many Provence villages. Excellent value for money. Very clean, well-maintained swimming pool, as are the sanitary facilities, which are a little old but spotlessly clean, cleaned at least 3 times a day! - 4.0CSCaroline S.julio 20164.0CSCaroline S.julio 2016Ventajas- Very close to the city (within walking distance) - Easily accessible and well signposted - large plotsGreat campsite with a flavorThe campsite is very green and has plenty of shade, which is a particular advantage in summer. The sanitary facilities were still being renovated in July. Unfortunately, bad odors emanated from the sanitary facilities at short intervals. Our pitch was unfortunately right in the odor path. Next time I would make sure to camp a little further away. All in all, however, a great campsite. We are happy to recommend this campsite to others.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!

- 4.0TWtim w.septiembre 20154.0TWtim w.septiembre 2015Ventajas- close to town - sanitary facilities ok - Lush vegetation - View of the citybeautifully located and convenientI was last here in 1989... The campsite has become quite overgrown since then - but I liked it. The pitches are large and separated by lush vegetation. If you're traveling by bike, you can get into town relatively quickly and easily. The sanitary facilities are old, but in good order and above all clean.... The restaurant and the supermarket were seasonally only served at the last minute, so shopping was rather in the Cité. I found the price/performance ratio quite reasonable. Good place for sightseeing and cycling tours in the surrounding area. From some places you have a direct view of the city and the river.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 3.0JBJerry B.agosto 20153.0JBJerry B.agosto 2015VentajasClose to the city, parking spacesDesventajasCleanliness, crime in Avignonactually a good place, unfortunately high crime rate in AvignonWe used the pont d`Avignon to make a stopover in the south. The place is actually quite ok, the swimming pool is good, only the sanitary facilities are not the newest and cleanest, but French standard. You should definitely be careful when visiting the town! My bike, which I had secured with a thick... Abus lock, was stolen in broad daylight directly behind the Pont d`Avignon where many people pass by. The thief cut the lock as cleanly as if it were just a rope.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
