Thank you so much for your excellent feedback! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the calm, family-friendly atmosphere at our **Camping du Lac de Bournazel – Seasonova**, as well as our lush green setting in Corrèze. It’s a pleasure to hear that you were able to choose a site that met... your expectations.
We’ve also taken note of your comment about the slightly hard ground and the few stones that can make it difficult to drive tent stakes into the ground. They're a little stressed. I understand that when you're taking over a campground. But you can feel it, and it’s very unpleasant. And especially when it comes to understanding things over the phone—when it comes to reservation information, things are different on-site. Too many details that seem to contradict themselves every time eventually become annoying. To avoid conflicts, I preferred to keep quiet. Because things would quickly escalate—especially with the lady.Campground — very recently reopenedBeautiful, spacious siteTraducido automáticamente.Respondido desde Camping du Lac de Bournazel 18 de julio de 2026Hello Denis,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at **Camping Seasonova du Lac de Bournazel** in Corrèze.
We’re delighted that you enjoyed our campground’s location as well as the quality and spaciousness of your site. It’s a pleasure to know that these aspects contributed to your... stay.
However, we’re surprised by your impression of our interactions. Since we took over the campground this year, this is the first time a guest has shared this type of feedback with us. We are, of course, sorry if you perceived any tension or a lack of clarity, as our goal is to welcome every guest with openness and kindness.
However, we would have appreciated it if you had shared these feelings with us directly during your stay or at the time of your departure. This would have allowed us to discuss the matter calmly with you, clarify any misunderstandings, and, if necessary, provide immediate answers.
Your feedback encourages us to continue our efforts to provide everyone with a warm and welcoming experience. We thank you for your visit and wish you all the best.

We’re delighted that you enjoyed the tranquility, the trees, and the natural setting at Camping du Lac de Bournazel by Seasonova. Offering a stay centered on the “slow life,” relaxation,... and nature is at the heart of our philosophy.
Thank you also for your comments regarding the distance to the restrooms, the height of the bed, and the living room window. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve the experience for our guests. In fact, we’re currently considering a renovation project for the old restroom building located just below the Slow Lodges. This will eventually bring the restrooms closer to these accommodations and offer even more comfort to our guests.
We’ve also taken note of your comments regarding the bed and the window so we can make the necessary improvements.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Camping du Lac de Bournazel for another family getaway in nature.

We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the cleanliness of your accommodations. This level of quality is not what we aim to provide to our guests.
When you brought the situation to our attention upon your arrival, I apologized and offered to have... the room cleaned again immediately. You chose not to accept this offer. To make amends for this inconvenience, we also offered to treat you to a drink at the bar as well as croissants the following morning, an offer you also declined. Finally, to address this situation, we asked that you not clean the unit before your departure.
We recently took over this campground, which required significant renovation work, and we are doing everything we can every day to improve the quality of our services. This in no way excuses this oversight, but we hope that the efforts we’ve made and the solutions we offered on-site demonstrate our commitment to satisfying our guests.
We regret that, despite our apologies and our proposals, you were left with such a negative impression of your stay. We thank you nonetheless for your feedback, which helps us continue to improve.
