Ventajas
Easy access to Gijon, Oviedo and the surrounding towns thanks to the short distance to the highway
Desventajas
Gijon can only be easily reached by car.
Camping with good pitches - some with or without shade
Large campsite with all kinds of leisure activities. The reception is well staffed and friendly. The pitches are well laid out, level and large enough - some with water and drainage connections. The sanitary facilities are well equipped, well maintained, clean and everything works very well. For us, it was a "base camp" to have a little look around Asturias.

Ventajas
Large plots
Desventajas
Missing shadow
Better not in summer
The site is huge with spacious pitches, but they are completely without shade. This didn't bother me in May because it was easy to stand in the sun, but I wouldn't want to camp here in the height of summer. The facilities are fine and there is nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. Some people... see the lack of proximity to the sea as a disadvantage ... I wanted to visit Oviedo and the location is fine for that - there aren't too many alternatives.

Ventajas
Anyone who wants to be in the city or has work to do is in good hands here. Provided you have your own mobility. Almost all the staff are very friendly.
Desventajas
Without shadow. Installation outdated although clean. No access to the sea. Washing machine available but no dryer.
Stopover at Camplingplatz
The pitches are uneven. There is not a single tree, no shade. The sea is extremely loud at high tide. There is no access to the sea. Considering that a guesthouse in the area is available for EUR 30 per person, the price/performance ratio is very poor. Children of all ages are likely to be bored to death. The beach is in the town, not directly accessible from the campsite.
