Beautiful pitches, close to the beach, friendly staff, well-stocked supermarket, fair prices, good excursion options by bike and ferry (Venice, islands)
Desventajas
Sanitary facilities in need of renovation
Nice place and sanitary facilities with a lot of room for improvement
The arrival at the campsite with its beautifully designed entrance and modern reception building was very pleasant. Together with a member of staff, a free pitch in area A was selected by caddy. So we were able to settle on a pitch that suited us best. The pitch under the pine trees provided a balanced... mix of sun and shade. The walk to the beach was short and the staff were friendly throughout. The supermarket had a more than adequate selection at largely fair prices.
In our opinion, the sanitary facilities were not up to scratch. Most of the cabins contain a toilet and shower, so that on the one hand one shower was always blocked due to a visit to the toilet and on the other hand you could smell the corresponding odors of the others during regular personal hygiene. Showers are only very occasionally available as pure showers, toilets only in combination with a shower. We have already been guests at several Italian campsites and had never seen this before. In addition, the sanitary facilities are very outdated and in urgent need of renovation. This was evident from the swollen and moldy wooden shelves, rusty screws, various broken tiles, etc.
On some pitches, we have also found older sanitary facilities with no flaws whatsoever. Unfortunately not here.
The Experience Lab on the campsite is a great idea, which can be a lot of fun, especially for children.
The beach is very close and well-maintained and definitely invites you to swim. The Sunshine Bar on the beach is also highly recommended.
For campers who don't mind the borderline condition of the sanitary facilities, the site is definitely recommendable.

Beautiful pitches, very clean toilets, good bars and restaurants, well-stocked store, very friendly staff, close to the beach, Ca SAVIO is easy to reach on foot or by bike, excellent public transport links to Punta Sabioni and Venice.
Desventajas
none
Mr.
This was our first time on the site for almost 3 weeks with our caravan. The site is beautiful and the pitches are large and very well maintained. The bathing and toilet blocks are a bit older in style, but very clean, very well maintained and well looked after. The same applies to the pool facilities,... everything is great! I can't understand the bad reviews after 3 weeks, and I'm picky about cleanliness. The store is well stocked and you can find everything you need. The prices are about the same as here in Austria, rather a little cheaper. I can't understand why it should be very expensive. The quality of the restaurants and bars is also good and the prices are in line with the local price range.
Conclusion: a very nice place, ideal for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Ventajas
Free beach without endless rows of sun umbrellas, great supply from the square market, sustainability approaches, great starting point to Venice and best of all: NO COWARDS!!!!
Desventajas
Not much going on in the area, sanitary building definitely in need of renovation
Great quiet place
A really nice campsite without a huge range of activities. Everything very manageable, super-friendly staff, a first-class market on the site for daily supplies.

Everything on offer is perfectly adequate for a beach vacation. There are two large pool areas that you can visit. Unlike the other campsites... in the area, these are not outstanding with slides or an abundance of play equipment, but I also go to the Adriatic for the beach and not for the pool.

There are plenty of experiences on offer. For example, trial dives in the pool or mermaid courses.

The children's playground is large and nicely designed. In the evening there is a mini disco and then shows for the older campers too.

The beach is great, there are no rows of parasols but everyone can choose their own spot and bring their own beach shell or similar. There is therefore no obligation to rent a sun lounger.

The campsite tries to pay attention to sustainability, which works very well, but is not comparable with German standards.

The cleaning staff make every effort to keep the sanitary buildings clean; there is a permanent team per building that cleans throughout the day. The showers and toilets are also clean in principle. Unfortunately, there is no foot shower, which means that after a short time there is a lot of sand in the buildings again. Nevertheless, the buildings are definitely in need of renovation, and I think this will also happen in the next few years if you look at the buildings and conditions on the rest of the site.

All in all, a very nice and above all inexpensive vacation (<€70/night in the HS) without much bambule, but with lots of relaxation

Ventajas
Great beach, natural dunes, shady due to many trees, little/decent animation, nice reception, modern park, delicious ice cream parlor, mostly quiet at night
Desventajas
Very loud morning cleaning work (garbage collection, sweeper) on the main street, parking spaces directly on the main street quite noisy
Natural campsite with a fantastic beach
We had a wonderful vacation at Ca Savio. The pine forest with the natural beach without rows of sun loungers gave us a lovely vacation feeling. The sea was wonderfully clean and warm. Everything on the campsite is rather basic, but that's how camping should be. The children
really enjoyed the entertainment... activities (Lego building, face painting, happy disco). Everything was
moderate volume and nicely
nicely done. The pools are good, for older children a bigger slide would be good, it's a bit too boring for them.
The wash houses are old but functional and are cleaned several times a day.
Unfortunately, there is no shower on the beach and no foot wash basin in front of the wash house, which is why all the sand ends up in the showers and they are dirtier than necessary.
We found the price-performance ratio to be good.

The site has everything you need as a camper!
Desventajas
Many things are a bit outdated! Old, partly defective sanitary facilities... the main road is badly damaged, if you're not careful you can quickly end up on your nose
Price/performance is ok!
We stayed here for 3 nights and wanted for nothing! We stopped here briefly to take a look at Venice!
The merchant is very well equipped and there is a lot to discover...Our children liked the pool area and there were plenty of other places to run around and play...The site is really nice and offers... plenty of shade.
Now for the small point deduction! The sanitary facilities are really getting on in years and could certainly do with an update in the last 5-6 years...We would definitely stay here again.

You have everything you need on site
Desventajas
Sanitary facilities a bit outdated, but will hopefully be renewed soon
Again and again
Pitches in 3 categories. We always have "A", which means that water and waste water are available at the pitch as well as electricity. The pitches have sandy ground and are divided into roads. The pitches are shaded by pine trees. Otherwise you have everything on site and don't have to leave if you don't... want to.
There is a large restaurant, but we haven't tried it yet. The supermarket is partly overpriced due to the location on the site, but has everything you need.
There are 2 pool facilities, each with a swimmer's pool (15m x 31m) and children's pool. As the beach is very close, the pools are not overcrowded. There are 3 entrances to the beach, which is fine sandy and very wide. The water in the front area is not too deep and even small children can play in and around the water without any problems. An ice cream van is also on the move every day, with a large selection.
There is always something to do for young and old, except on Saturdays. Miniclub, soccer camp, aqua gym, changing evening shows and much more.
An excursion to nearby Venice can be booked directly at the campsite or on your own. The port of Punta Sabbioni is less than 10 minutes away by car, and parking is available for €7 per day. The alternative is public transport, but you have to walk to the nearby center. There is an evening market in the center 2 times a week.
For us, the price-performance ratio is good, which is why we have been there 4 times now.

Do we personally not have any
Again and again
It was the perfect vacation for us. Beautiful large pitches right by the sea. Everything you need in the immediate vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff. If we had anything to complain about, it would be that there is no shower on the beach (although that doesn't bother us personally). We will go there again in 2022. Price-performance ratio TOP

Directly on the beach, several pools, entertainment for children, shopping facilities on site, many sanitary facilities
Desventajas
Due to its size, bicycles are indispensable on the course.
Very extensive grounds
We were greeted by a very modern reception building and friendly staff. We had a category B pitch and were able to choose the pitch ourselves. We quickly found one with direct access to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded and we were able to set up our own umbrella. The area was cleaned every morning.... Very suitable for children as you can go far into the water. The proximity to Punto Sabbioni (approx. 5km) means you can get to Venice quickly by boat.

We would love to come back!
We were in ca savio for the first time this year in a bungalow tent from roan. We booked spontaneously for just 200 euros for 1 week. Can only recommend the place! Everyone is very nice and the beach and swimming pools are clean and very nice! The food in the park is also delicious and the price is ok.... The sanitary facilities are no longer the newest but they are constantly cleaned. Unfortunately we left today instead of tomorrow because the weather turned extremely rainy. I think we will be back! Thank you for a great week!

Good but in need of improvement
This was our eighth time at Ca Savio and, as always, we had a great time. The reception and supermarket were completely rebuilt last year. Which is also very successful. However, the sanitary facilities definitely need to be renovated! We were in Tuscany last year and were impressed by the very good condition of the sanitary facilities!

We are sorry that the level of cleanliness of our toilets did not meet your expectations. Our cleaning staff check the washrooms from morning to night and normally there are no unpleasant incidents, so thank you for your feedback which has been passed on to the campsite management who will look into it and ensure it is dealt with appropriately.

No air conditioning, bongalow heats up. Condition old and worn out.
Bungalow Fila 1
These are stone accommodations without air conditioning right by the sea. Unfortunately, you can't see the sea. And this bungalow is getting on in years and everything looks old and no longer beautiful. And sleeping is only possible with a permanent draught. For me, the verdict is not recommendable. Offers no comfort. Should be torn down and new ones put up.

We are sorry that your accommodation did not meet your expectations. Even if the bungalows 1 Fila are not equipped with air conditioning and are a little bit used up, they are booked by our guests for their quiet location close to the beach. We would like to remind you that the campsite... offers several other types of bungalows and mobile homes that are modern, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. - professional level of services (I wonder, why only 3 stars?) - location at the sea shore and close to Venice - shaded pitches
Desventajas
- size of the camping (too many people in one place, noisy evenings) - some services are charged (freezer, WLAN)
this is a tourist city
This camping is huge. It is a whole city - with hotel-like reception, main avenue, rich infrastructure (swimming pool, restaurants, shops, even a cinema) and rows and rows of pitches, tents and mobile homes, where you can easily get lost. And I have to add - a perfectly working city, with plenty staff... caring about everything which might impact the satisfaction of clients. Shaded pitches structured in rows and divided by fences and trees. Just a few steps from the sand beach on the sea shore (which is quite shallow). Aprox. 2 km from Punta Sabione cap (1 bus station), from where you can take a boat to Venice, or use vaporetto - a Venice public transport.

Cheap, clean, beautiful, simple till
You come back again and again
One of the larger pitches in Cavallino with a central street/alley. Almost all pitches are mostly shady with trees. The pitches are large. In our area there was no fresh water/waste water connection - but this is not necessary. Filling up the water tank with a jug and emptying the water cab every other... day is no problem. Short walk to the beach, very clean and beautiful sandy beach with beach volleyball court. No toilets on the beach, but no problem due to the mostly short distances. Great evening program for children. Beautiful water pools and play equipment for the little ones. Young people can only go to the beach in the evening, because outside the campsite entry to the clubs is only from 18. The town is only 300m away. Gastronomy on the campsite is good and outside too - the prices are completely normal and do not include table service. The CP price is also good - but unfortunately since this year 7 days minimum stay, whereby we never had to / wanted to leave earlier. Modern, clean sanitary facilities, but no toilet lids and no toilet paper. The staff are very friendly.

Here for the third time
We stayed here for the third time in 2017. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is still right here. I can't understand why this place only has 3 stars. Beautiful, very clean swimming pools with water slides, unfortunately with far too few loungers. The beach is clean and huge and you are not... so close to each other. With a large caravan you have to take a large pitch in the front area, otherwise the pitches are very small. Only a stone's throw from the boat landing stage to Venice (10 min by bike / 5 min by car). Unfortunately, getting to the site is a bit of a hassle as it is almost at the end of the Jesolo headland. We will definitely come back again.

The personal.... Uniquely nice The place is clean. Beach great for kids.

The pine cones and the mosquitoes (we spray on Thursdays...then it went great)
Ca savio.... it was nice
So.... Home again😢😢 We were in Italy this year. Near Venice. At the camping site ca savio. A "only" 3 star place where I really don't understand why it only has 3 stars. The sanitary facilities were ALWAYS clean in the whole 3 weeks (speaking of the middle sanitary building we used) and there was always... hot water... and there was no queuing for showers or anything like that. We were delighted in this respect. The pitches.... ...are nicely shaded under trees, which was really great in this heat. We were in area A where there was room for the larger vans. The disadvantage of the trees was that they were a bit resinous and the huge pine cones came rushing down from above. (tip: make sure you take a tarpaulin for over the car. And a blanket for under the tarpaulin...) the cones made a nice dent in the hood of my Danish neighbor's car... The beach: fantastic, that's all you can say. And the life guards are really good. There when necessary and not excessive. But watchful. The area: what can I say.... venice, punta sabbioni, Jesolo etc. There are many beautiful things to see.... The pool / pools: always clean (closed one day a week in the morning for complete cleaning incl. water) they are big enough and have everything you need for kids. Sunbeds are free of charge at the pool. The restaurants: on site it was delicious and we can't say anything bad. Outside you should definitely go to Al funghetto! !! Staff: I didn't see one bad-tempered employee in the 3 weeks... all very friendly and always ready to help you (almost scary...) a big compliment The supermarket: Here you can find almost everything you need. Of course a little more expensive than "outside" but on site. Supermarkets in the area: There is one here in ca savio where many Italians shop. Further ahead at the traffic circle there are 2 larger ones (MD and Eurospin) so everything is within cycling distance. The audience: Mixed, even a lot of Danes can be found here Animation: Available and also very well done. The entertainers put a lot of heart into it (we were there 3 times). The children's disco was the high light for the kids. But how the entertainers engage with the kids... unique... they really live it. Even when it's closing time for them, no child is turned away or left standing if they want something... great What was also really great was the volume of the animation. You can't hear any of it on the pitch. The alignment of the loudspeaker system is really good. We were more than satisfied (Oh yes...anyone who finds spelling mistakes can keep them..😉😉)
