- 3.0AJA J.julio 20223.0AJA J.julio 2022VentajasQuiet location, rather small campsite.DesventajasInternet reception only at the sanitary building via WLAN (free of charge)Overall okayEverything rather old, but clean.
Electricity/water directly at the pitch.
Basically a meadow. We were free to choose our pitch. And no other rules either.
But what is not at all possible is the disposal of the chemical toilet in the same room as the ladies' toilet (the odor is unbearable)
Great as a... starting point for hiking or cycling. Otherwise there's really nothing going on on the site. And not suitable for young people due to the lack of internet.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 5.0FGFamilie G.junio 20225.0FGFamilie G.junio 2022VentajasMany excursion destinations nearbyDesventajasMobile phone reception not everywhereCampsite in a beautiful locationVery friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities, good and inexpensive gastronomy, no permanent camper police on the site, a visit to the city and castle Wernigerode, as well as train ride to the Brocken recommended, we will definitely come backTraducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 4.0FBFrank B.septiembre 20204.0FBFrank B.septiembre 2020VentajasGreat location, approx. 1km to the town center of Wernigerode, but feels like being in the middle of the forest. Easy to reach even for larger caravans. The price-performance ratio is more than okay here, but more on that later...DesventajasMotorcycles on the adjacent main road. Not all, but 75% of drivers force every squirrel to relocate to a soundproof cave...Beautiful 11 daysThis campsite surprised me in comparison to other tourist strongholds. Campers who don't just see their caravan or similar as a 3* hotel substitute are in the right place here. On arrival, you are given brief instructions on how the pitches are designed. You say your name and you can drive onto the pitch.... No ID, no questions, no stress. Nobody needs a barrier here either. When I left, my two children who had arrived later were knowingly not charged and the campsite's own restaurant also offers tasty, home-made food at very reasonable prices. The combination of campsite and hotel, where my parents spent 3 nights, is a great concept, which is particularly suitable for families or groups where not everyone wants to or can camp. On the site itself, electricity, water and satellite reception are fine, but cell phone and internet are less so. Toilets and washrooms are not up to date, but clean and in good order. Certainly a few small things could be solved better, but the price-performance ratio is unbeatable and is not only unparalleled in the Harz Mountains. The same applies to the restaurant and hotel. We would love to come back!!!Traducido automáticamente.2 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración.

- 1.0SHSabine H.mayo 20181.0SHSabine H.mayo 2018Ventajasgood bus connection to WernigerodeDesventajasSanitary facilitiesGDR charm - no longer necessaryThe sanitary facilities are - let's call it rustic. The showers have no partitions (there are 4 partitions for the ladies), no storage space when showering, hardly any mirrors, the toilets can't be locked, some are unclean. An earth wall is supposed to protect you from the main road, but unfortunately... it is broken through to allow you to walk through. So be careful with small children and dogs - they could end up on the road. The staff are friendly. The kitchen, if open, can be recommended. However, we won't be going back.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 3.0ENE. N.abril 20173.0ENE. N.abril 2017VentajasNear Wernigerode, arrival and departure times, friendlinessDesventajasIn need of renovation, noises from the highwayOkay as a parking space for sightseeingA good place for short stays to explore the area. The facilities are in urgent need of renovation, but the cleanliness was okay. However, the site was hardly occupied during our visit. The pitches are not parceled out but are relatively straight. The country road and the resulting noise is a pity. The... reception was very nice and uncomplicated, there were no real arrival and departure times. For 2 adults, a 6 year old and a 2 year old we paid 26€/night including electricity and sanitary facilities. For my taste a little too expensive for what was on offer.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

Jürg B.julio 20163.0Jürg B.julio 2016VentajasMany excursion possibilitiesDesventajasaccess road to the pitches in poor condition, gravel road with large holesCampsite with many leisure activitiesA lot has changed since our last stay in June 2009. Apparently there has been a change in management, the current, friendly tenant is always present and also runs the restaurant, where you can eat well. The site offers both camping and guest rooms. The pitches are on a large meadow, mowed, all pitches... have electricity and there are also water points, free choice of pitch. The access road within the site from the entrance to the pitches is still not finished, the road is gravel, not asphalted and has large holes that should be filled in. The sanit. The sanitary facilities are still a bit "barracks-like", but now clean and everything works. The kitchen/dishwashing area, which is used by guests in the rental accommodation and campers, was always clean and tidy. On nice days you can hear some noise from the nearby main road during the day, especially from motorcycles whizzing past. Bread roll service in the morning, shopping within walking distance at ALDI on the main road towards Wernigerode. To the center about 20 minutes on foot. There are many excursion possibilities, in good weather we recommend a trip with the steam locomotive to the Harz, parking behind the station; also beautiful are the Rübenländer stalactite caves in Rübeland, about 20 KM. Of course, a stroll through Wernigerode with its many stores and good restaurants is also worthwhile.Traducido automáticamente.4 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 4.0UHU&B H.mayo 20164.0UHU&B H.mayo 2016VentajasGood location for excursionsGreat location for exploringWell located for excursions to Wernigerode. Rolf B.septiembre 20144.0Rolf B.septiembre 2014VentajasLocation-location-location. Beautiful meadow. Nice staff.DesventajasNo cell phone reception.Best locationDirectly adjacent to the urban area of beautiful Wernigerode. In a valley, you are immediately in the Harz. Other beautiful Harz towns are also not far away. The restaurant in the hotel offers breakfast service, but was often closed. The site has no pitches, which I like in the low season. In addition... to electricity, there is also a water connection for all pitches, which I really appreciated. I had no cell phone reception from the pitch, but the satellite TV was perfect (I would have preferred it the other way around). Very friendly people. The sanitary facilities were clean, but with the charm of a gym. Brand new and obviously luxurious permanent accommodation was under construction. This probably has a future. The site is probably not mentioned in the ADAC guide because of the sanitary facilities, although clean and tidy. Don't be like that, I found the site in the Dutch camping guide ('learning from Holland means learning to camp ;-). I would gladly camp there again at any time.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 3.0
Angela M.julio 20143.0Angela M.julio 2014Ventajasthe proximity to Wernigerode, bus stop on site, very nice staff, bread roll serviceDesventajasthe sanitary facilities, no shop on the squareCamping for the Saxony-Anhalt Day in WernigerodeWe stayed at the campsite for a weekend. The place is ok so far. However, the lawn could be mowed better. The sanitary facilities have some defects, e.g. in some showers the suspension for the shower is defective. The water was turned off at some wash corners and half of the toilets were not allowed... to be used. Unfortunately, the floor of the sanitary facilities was not cleaned the entire weekend. Wernigerode is easy to reach by bus or bike. The operators are very nice!Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 4.0TBT. Olaf & Peggy B.junio 20142.0Olaf & Peggy B.junio 2014VentajasSimple pricing, no shower tokens, nice and helpful staff, bus stop for the city line almost "on the doorstep"DesventajasSanitary facilities are not up to date and not completely clean, vulnerable power supply, limited shower timesA place with a lot of potentialThis was the second time in two years that we (a couple in our early 40s) had stayed on the site for a weekend. The access road to the pitches within the site was reminiscent of a gravelled forest path full of potholes and puddles. As this was also the way to the sanitary building and the reception,... you needed sturdy shoes to get to the pitch without getting wet. The reception by the staff was very friendly and courteous, even when the first problem had to be rectified: no electricity at the pillar (once again the fuse was out, although there were no campers on our side of the pitch). I immediately experienced a "deja vu" - on our last visit we had no connection to the power grid for the last half day. The noise from the nearby main road (B244) was occasionally annoying, especially when the motorcycles were out and about in good weather. The sanitary facilities had not changed either, the men's shower has more the charm of a hall and the comfort of a shower facility in a sports facility. Showering (as well as using the laundry room) is only possible from 7am to 10pm, as tenants in the same wing of the building have to be taken into consideration. During our stay (Friday noon to Sunday noon) the sanitary facilities were not cleaned once. The restaurant offers a simple menu, the food is delicious at reasonable prices. The bread rolls (ordered the day before) were also warm and tasty. The lawn was also well mown. Our conclusion: Unfortunately, no noticeable improvement in the last two years. I still have the impression that the campsite is merely an "appendage" of the hotel and that hardly any investment is being made here. Suitable for a weekend to visit Wernigerode, for longer vacations there are nicer places in the Harz.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 3.0JMJ. M.junio 20133.0JMJ. M.junio 2013The pitches are not parceled out, we were able to choose a free spot, the meadow wasn't classy but was well mown, there was a babbling brook - it all had a natural feel to it. The passing road didn't bother us. The sanitary facilities were relatively basic but OK and clean - just like the whole site.... The price-performance ratio is good. The operators were very friendly and helpful. You have to order bread rolls in advance. There is no store but there is an Aldi 5 minutes away by bike. The restaurant looked nice - but we didn't try it. To Wernigerode (very worth seeing!!) you can easily get by bike on a separate bike path along the road or by bus from the square.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
