Transients can park in a large space without having to uncouple. Close to highway access.
Desventajas
The water tap and a waste water gully are missing on the transit site. The highway didn't bother us that much.
Ideal transit point
Very nice operators. Nice and clean sanitary facilities.
Bread roll service.
You can make beautiful tours by bike.
The Italian restaurant near the campsite is highly recommended.

Ventajas
A very nice, small site with a friendly manager, new and very clean sanitary facilities, a small snack bar and a very good Italian restaurant right next door. Reception is open daily from 8am to 8pm and everything is included in the reasonable prices. There is a penny market and a dinosaur museum for the kids nearby. Otherwise a quiet site with gravel and grass pitches
Desventajas
There is an area at the front with permanent campers that doesn't look so appealing, but they are already working on fixing it up. It just takes a bit of time. We heard almost nothing from the nearby highway. Apart from that, we really liked it here
Very nice place for a stopover
We spent 3 nights here on our way through and will be happy to stop here again on our return journey

Ventajas
Very nice reception, free pitches could be selected, electricity and showers already included at a top price. The transit pitches are right behind the barrier on a separate pitch. place. Very beautiful cycle paths (e-bike recommended) and old towns worth seeing. Actually a little-known vacation region with many facets. We will be back.
Desventajas
Highway within earshot depending on wind direction, but it is a constant sound that did not disturb us
Happy Easter week

Well organized. Friendly staff. Located directly on the A8. Ideal place to stay overnight.
Desventajas
Unfortunately no water / waste water at the pitch
Nice little campsite
Our stay was limited to one night on the way back from Italy. It was our first time there. We liked it. The campsite has everything you need. Water and waste water on site would be desirable. Sanitary building is large, clean and central. Friendly staff. Arrival and departure arrangements well organized.... Relatively small site. Ideal for hiking, cycling etc. We can definitely recommend the site. As a place to stay overnight but also for a longer stay.

Ventajas
Proximity to highway is good. Sanitary good.
Desventajas
The dilapidated and neglected spaces at the back of the square look desolate.
James Cook
The owner was only friendly at the beginning. During our longer stay, she repeatedly emphasized that the site belonged to her and that we would have to leave immediately if we didn't follow the rules. We did so voluntarily and gladly. We can still understand the positive reviews.

Dear Mr. D.,
During your stay, strict corona rules were in place to protect all guests. As the operator of a tourist establishment, we are obliged to comply with the Corona Ordinance of the state of Baden-Württemberg. Of course we respect your opinion, but as you have already written yourself, we have often had to point out to you that the regulation must be observed. Since you obviously consider this unimportant, it is good that you have left.

Ventajas
The proximity to the highway, nice sanitary facilities
Desventajas
slight noise from the A8, but did not bother us
Top for an overnight stay
We made a stopover there on the way from Füssen to Rust (Europapark). We were pleasantly surprised.
Very friendly and courteous. Sanitary facilities locked at night, but accessible with a card.
The site is small and clearly laid out.
Sanitary as good as new and clean. Bread rolls can be ordered at reception.... However, they are very small. So better order one more.
There is an Italian restaurant next to the campsite.
Very nice, friendly and above all delicious.
As we live near a highway ourselves, the background noise from there didn't bother us.

Ventajas
New medical supply store, nice campsite team, Penny is about 1km away, located directly on the forest, beautiful area on the Swabian Albrand
Desventajas
Noise from highway, unreliable magnetic card system
Cozy, not spectacular, clean.
The staff was very nice, the place was clean. There was a bit less pressure on the tap, but you can get over it. The noise from the A8 is only really noticeable at night. A new medical center was built, which I found very clean and nice. You can go shopping on foot with a backpack at a Penny market,... and there is also a Rewe-Center in the village. You are on the Swabian Albrand and can spend your time hiking, cycling etc. accordingly. I would have liked a gray water connection, but maybe that will come at some point. There are also many dilapidated permanent campers on the site, which spoiled the general picture. But there were also many beautiful permanent campers. There was a Corona-related delivery service to the caravan on the site, with very reasonably priced food and drinks. A new sanitary building with lockable shower and toilet rooms was built at the end of the site. I think that's a great thing. I would love to come again.

Ventajas
Good place to stay overnight, neighboring pizzeria
Desventajas
Only 1 card for access to the sanitary building
Good overnight accommodation
Beautifully situated pitch. You can see the A8 but hardly hear it. Mainly permanent campers, but there is a large, unparceled pitch for overnight tourists. You can stay "coupled up". There is a small bistro on site, but it was not clear whether it would be open. But there is a really good Italian restaurant... next to the site. The sanitary facilities are clean and ok, but unfortunately there was only ONE card for the sanitary building. This requires consultation with fellow travelers and is a problem at "certain times". The whole site makes a well-kept impression. Internet access is expensive: 4 EUR per day and device.

Ventajas
Perfect location not far from the Aichelberg exit on the A8 (max. 5 minutes' drive). Nevertheless, untouched by the highway and pleasantly secluded.
Desventajas
You could get a bit more out of it, as the location is good and there is a lot of footfall. But not necessarily to be expected in relation to the price.
Perfect stop for day tourists passing through to "refuel"
Stopped off for 1 night on the way south - and no regrets!!! We received a friendly welcome, were escorted to a pitch despite good occupancy and were dealt with politely at reception. The beer garden is absolutely sufficient and the price is more than fair, even cheap from our point of view. The sanitary building is as good as new and in a very well-kept condition, as is the site in general.

Quiet and beautifully laid out campsite
We spent a quiet and pleasant overnight stay there on our tour to the south. There are a few pitches available for this purpose, where the camper van can be hitched up.

We were also allowed on the pitch after 10 pm. Very good price/performance ratio. Dogs very welcome. Very nice staff.

Only one card for the sanitary facilities.
Good place to spend the night
We were there for an overnight stay with our two dogs, we didn't see too much of the site itself but what we did see was clean and beautiful.

Ventajas
Close to the highway
Desventajas
Only one card for barrier and sanitary building
Good place to spend the night
We stayed there for three nights. The pitch is well suited for overnight stays. That's how it is mostly used. Unfortunately, there is only one card for the sanitary building and barrier. Good coordination between fellow travelers is therefore very important. Shopping facilities are approx. 1 kilometer away.

Ventajas
Hitched up on a flat pitch, great sanitary facilities, only 1km to the highway
Desventajas
Restaurant was deserted
Good place to stay overnight
About 1km from the highway. Gravelled, level parking space immediately after the barrier. Plenty of power points with Euro plugs. You have to walk a few meters to fetch water. Very nice, new, clean san building right next to the barrier. So only a few meters to walk. Chemical emptying in the san building... The restaurant was somehow deserted. But there is a nice pizzeria just outside the site, we saw several CP users there. Very suitable for an overnight stay!

Ventajas
Close to the highway, great sanitary facilities, price/performance ratio
Desventajas
actually none....(somewhat unfriendly reception/first contact)
Overnight stay
Very good accessibility from the highway, great new sanitary facilities, small bistro with a small menu but very friendly, delicious and good value for money. Only the "reception" at the barrier was rather "reserved" .... at the reception and in the bistro very friendly!
