An ABSOLUTE NOGO at €50 per night and a meager breakfast buffet.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero! - 4.0MPMarek P.julio 20234.0MPMarek P.julio 2023VentajasThe campsite is right on the lakeshore next to the road around Balaton. Separate pitches for tents, campers. Electricity and WiFi OK. Wilder and quieter part of Balaton. Shop and restaurant 👍 Small swimming pool.DesventajasOccasionally you will hear a train going by. Entering the water - a bit of mud and some seaweed a few meters, then OK 👍.Quiet north of the Balaton in the reeds 🙂A small pleasant campsite right on the lakeshore next to the road around Balaton. Sometimes you can hear the train going by. Nothing terrible.
There are separate pitches for tents, campers... with a hedge, some trees for shade and electricity within easy reach. 👍
Wi-Fi sufficient.
The campsite is in... the northern and therefore "wilder" part of the Balaton - beautiful tall reeds. Hence a quieter place compared to the lively south. And this is true overall of the northwest of the Balaton.
Entering the water from the banks or via the pier, a bit of mud and some seaweed a few meters away, then OK 👍.
Toilets OK, small shop OK. 👍
Bonus is a small swimming pool with a slide in the area 👍.
A few minutes by car the town of Keszthely with a nice castle and park, and around the corner Heviz, around the vineyards, a couple of castles...Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración. - 4.0IMInes M.junio 20234.0IMInes M.junio 2023Ventajas- Friendliness of the entire team - Clean and sufficient sanitary facilities - Breakfast buffet included in the pitch price in the low season - Parceled pitches with and without shade - Small pool - Direct access to Lake BalatonDesventajasnothing I need to mention hereBeautiful small family campsite on Lake BalatonVery nice family campsite with direct access to Lake Balaton. We looked at several places on site and direct access to the lake is not a matter of course. The campsite is perhaps a little outdated, but this is not an isolated case on Lake Balaton.
With around 100 pitches, the site is not very large,... but it is very relaxed and informal. If you're looking for rowdy booze tourism, you're in the wrong place.
The sanitary facilities are absolutely adequate in terms of quantity and were always clean. The water in the shower was always hot enough.
There is a small, not very deep pool, but it is absolutely sufficient for cooling off in between. You can also cool off in Lake Balaton, here I recommend bathing shoes as the north shore is very muddy.
In the low season, the breakfast buffet is included in the pitch price. The restaurant is perfectly fine. Otherwise there is a very quaint Hungarian restaurant a few 100m from the pitch, behind the train.
We liked it here so much that we booked again for next year.Traducido automáticamente.2 campistas encontraron útil esta valoración. - 4.0PHPieter H.julio 20204.0PHPieter H.julio 2020VentajasLigging, grote plaatsen, bereikbaarheid, receptie, zwembad, restaurant, sanitair.
- 3.0GPGerald P.julio 20203.0GPGerald P.julio 2020VentajasLocation and cleanlinessDesventajasBeach access and consideration of neighbors > Noisebeautiful location of the CP outweighs some outdated standardsSomewhat older campsite on Lake Balaton, already getting on in years, but well maintained; relatively quiet, approx. 1/3 of the pitches occupied; access to the lake available, but lots of mud and herbaceous water plants; ideal base for excursions on land, on foot, by bike or boat. Small, modern lido... next door. Cost for second row from the shore €36, 2 people, electricity etc. included. Swimming pool really only suitable for children! Sanitary facilities clean, but only two shower cubicles with 90 places, it could be tight when fully occupied!Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 3.0JHJulia H.julio 20193.0JHJulia H.julio 2019VentajasThe sanitary facilities are old, but are cleaned several times a dayDesventajasThe water in the showers was often cold. Too expensive for the dog.MediocreWe were there for 9 days this summer with our 3 year old son and our dog. For the fact that you have to pay so much for the dog, nothing is offered for him in terms of swimming. Apart from that, I found the instruction and explanation of the infrastructure very limited, so we had to work everything out for ourselves. Anglers were very welcome, but this meant that you could step into fishing hooks while swimming in the lake.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 4.0JDJessica D.julio 20194.0JDJessica D.julio 2019VentajasPool, relaxation and clean facilitiesDesventajasPrices of the restaurantRecommended campsite with children's entertainment includedI can't understand the negative reviews. The pool is checked and cleaned every morning. The sanitary facilities are also kept clean in the morning and as required. We are coming for the 5th time and have booked for next year. The only problem is that when it rains the water doesn't run off on some pitches.... However, this is remedied by the kind help of the campers. The staff are absolutely friendly and attentive. The restaurant on site is a bit expensive by Hungarian standards but the food is also very tasty. It would be nice if the prices didn't rise any further because then it becomes an expensive camping site for several weeks.Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!
- 4.0SDSascha D.julio 20194.0SDSascha D.julio 2019VentajasChildren's entertainment Good cuisine Clean Incl. electricity PoolDesventajasWLAN at the riverside pitches not idealProbably the best campsite on Lake BalatonI can't understand the bad comments. The pool is cleaned every morning at 6-7am. The pool was never cloudy! WC and showers are cleaned from morning until late at night by several cleaning ladies. As soon as the shower cubicles are free, they are mopped. As for the price, everything is included, electricity,... showers as often as you need them, no extra costs! This is my 2nd time here with my family, and my brother-in-law's 5th time with his family and children aged between 6 and 20! Free children's entertainment! Events e.g. Hungarian goulash meal (free of charge) Restaurant is great, prices a bit higher than average, but large pizza that tastes good for 5-6 euros, there's nothing to complain about. Also a large selection of dishes...everything in the 5 to 10 euro range. We all liked it and were always satisfied. We'll be back next year! Good value for money!Traducido automáticamente.Ningún campista ha encontrado útil esta valoraciónaún. ¡Sea el primero!

- 3.0ABAntonio B.junio 20183.0ABAntonio B.junio 2018VentajasNice starting point for walks in the vineyards, small pool area on the campsite.DesventajasSwimming in the lake practically impossible.Quite "OK" but no more. Completely unsuitable for swimming in the lakeThere are definitely more beautiful places on Lake Balaton. If you want to swim in the lake, this is the wrong place. You sink into the mud up to your waist everywhere. However, the small pool area including a children's slide offers the opportunity to swim. You can set off from the campsite by bike... or on foot into the vineyards. There are also a few nice wine bars with a view over the lake. In June, unfortunately, absolute mosquito horror. The camp is quite expensive by Hungarian standards, but a decent breakfast buffet is included.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.

- 3.0UKUwe K.julio 20163.0UKUwe K.julio 2016VentajasSwimming for children in the poolDesventajasBeach with large gravel stones and further in too deep mud, long cable would be an advantage here, power supply far away.Price/performance????Price / performance does not match, the 20 € indicated here is a fallacy, it is to be expected with further costs. The shore parking space was filled with gravel. When the next door pool opens its doors at the weekend, the peace and quiet is over. Swimming is possible if you wear swimming shoes because... of the approx. 20-40cm deep mud at the edge of the bank, as well as at the bathing jetty. The staff are friendly. The biggest mango is that some campers took the right to simply walk over occupied pitches and scolded when the dog barked. We therefore left early because the staff did not change anything. WLAN (Wi-Fi) is also not to be received everywhere on the site, further you need a long cable (min.25m), because the power boxes are too far apart.Heeren-WC were not always the clean ones. Hot water was not available for two days from 8.30 pm, in all it was a failure for us, paid a lot, but the performance was missing.Traducido automáticamente.1 campista encontró útil esta valoración.
