Description

Profile

Tiliguerta is a 4-star camping village in capo Ferrato, Muravera, in South-East Sardinia. Surrounded by a eucalyptus and pine forest the camping overlooks the marvelous and well-known beach of Costa Rei, considered to be the world’s fifth most beautiful by …Lonely Planet. The word “tiliguerta” means lizard in Sardinian and Latin: specifically, it is a living fossil that has grown unchanged for millions of years, solely in Sardinia and Corsica, in a perfect ecosystem. The lizard as a symbol – that loves the sun – reaffirms the strong relation with the land and nature, and the structure is situated inside a permanent wildlife oasis where pink flamingos nest and various species of birds and other animals can be found. The camping village has bungalows, mobile homes besides many spacious pitches for camper vans, tents and caravans. Around the central square there is a pizzeria-restaurant, bar, supermarket, convention center and a spacey terrace for the holistic treatments. A large outdoor arena is dedicated entirely to the entertainment and involvement of guests. The beach is equipped and it hosts a Dog Beach too, an area entirely devoted to our four-legged friends that are welcome of every race, dimension and size. Tiliguerta’s philosophy is based on Well-being in its broadest sense, intended as the wellness of each aspect or the Being: physical, mental, spiritual and emotional. A rich program of entertainment, sports, guided tours and treatments accompanies those guests who wish to fully immerse themselves in Nature. Tiliguerta is located in Capo Ferrato halfway between Muravera and Villasimius, very close to the villages of Castiadas, Villaputzu and San Vito.
