"Eines geht immer noch rein - nach diesem Motto hat man bei Mayotte Mobilheime und "Luxus-Komfort"-Zelte aufgestellt. Dazwischen passen auch noch einige Camper. Ohne Charme ohne Grünflächen kaum Luft zum Atmen aber dafür die Geräusche der Nachbarn hautnah. Wir haben unseren Stellplatz beim ersten Hinsehen nicht als solchen erkannt, sondern dachten das sei nur ein Parkplatz zwischen zwei Mobilheimen. Der Strand am See war mit Zigarettenkippen übersät und sonst auch nicht sauber und gepflegt. Das Wasser ist so seicht, dass es nur für Babys zum Planschen geeignet ist. Weit drausen wo man schwimmen könnte tummeln sich Surfer, Kiter, Motorboote und sonstige Seeungeheuer, die ihr Revier eifersüchtig verteidigen. Bleibt nur der Pool. Mit Hallenbad, Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, und Schwimmbecken ganz nett. Aber fährt man dafür nach Aquitanien? Das Restaurant mit seinen "leckeren" Fastfoodangebot haben wir nicht getestet, genauso wie den Schönheitssalon, die Spielhalle und den Fitnesbereich. Der Supermarkt war ganz in Ordnung. Die Animation am Abend war niveaulos aber laut. Allerdings hatte man gegen 10:00 h ein einsehen und hat Ruhe gegeben. Das Sanitärgebäude in unserer Nähe war baulich am Ende, schlecht gewartet (einige Einrichtungen funktionierten nicht) und vor allem lange nicht gereinigt. Unterm Klodeckel und in den Waschbecken fand man die Spuren vieler Vorbenutzer. Zum Abspülen mussten wir in das weit entfernte Zentralgebäude. Nach 2 Tagen hat man das in der Nähe gelegene Sanitär ganz geschlossen. Also mussten wir auch zur Toilette und zum Duschen weite Wege zurücklegen. Wir mussten bei der Anreise für 3 Tage im Voraus bezahlen, sonst wären wir nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist. Wir haben uns selten auf einem Campingplatz so unwohl gefühlt.

"A déconseiller - Indigne d'un 5 étoiles. Toutes les activités sont payantes, la sécurité très désagréable avec les jeunes ados qu'elle prend pour des voyous. Le camping est bruyant la nuit, le restaurant est cher et les repas ne sont vraiment, vraiment pas bons !! Où donc ont ils pêché leurs 5 étoiles ??? Incompréhensible! Je déconseille.

" - Sehr großer Platz mit vielen Animationen für Kinder und Jugendliche, schon im Mai. Sanitäranlagen nicht so toll. Duschablauf mit gemeinsamer Abwasserrinne führt dazu, daß man im Abwasser der Nachbarkabine steht. Gemeinsame Toilettennutzung Frauen -Männer, kein Pissoir. Nahe am Biscarrosse-See, zum Atlantik Biscarrosse Plage ca, 8 km, Laden. Restaurant, großes Schwimmbad am Ort. Man kann 'am Leben' teilhaben, aber auch seine Ruhe finden.

En arrivant de Paris-Bordeaux prendre l'A630 en suivant le panneau Arcachon/Bayonne, prendre la sortie N°15 puis sortie 22 sur l'A660. Prendre la sortie N°2 "facture/biganos/Cap ferret", continuer sur la D3, entrer dans Mios et prendre direction Sanguinet sur la D652 …pendant 10 kms. entrer dans Goubern sur la D333, ensuite entrer dans "Mayotte" en suivant les panneaux Mayotte Vacances. From Paris-Bordeaux take the A630 following the signs for Arcachon / Bayonne, take exit 15 and exit 22 on the A660. Take exit # 2 Facture / Biganos / Cap ferret", carry on on the D3, enter Mios and take direction Sanguinet on the D652 for 10 km.
