"One of the best campsites in Lithuania - Beautifully located campground! Cottages and 24 camper/trailer/tent sites available for rent. Electricity and water are included in the price at each site (it's a good idea to have your own water hose). An ideal place to stay with children. There are no fire pits, so if you like a fire, you'll need your own portable fireplace and your fuel. The campground is rather empty during the week, but fills up on weekends (it's worth having a reservation). For a tent, 4 people and a car we paid (July 2024) 40 euros per night. Discounts can be negotiated for longer stays. You can use the washer and dryer (3 euros each).

"Quiet campsite on the island - We spent 4 days on the apple island with our caravan. The campsite is only accessible via a somewhat adventurous but easily passable wooden bridge. The staff were always friendly. The pitches are OK with electricity and water, but quite small by Lithuanian standards, but sufficient with our caravan. There are various leisure facilities on the island, such as tennis or sauna etc. and a restaurant. However, this is not a bargain by Lithuanian standards. You can also go fishing, although there should be more fishing spots. There are two sanitary facilities, one in the restaurant building and another near the campsite. The first is relatively new but needs some repairs, the other is a bit old and in need of renovation. WLAN is only available in the reception area and in the upper rows of the campsite. There is a bathing stand and boats to hire. There are no shopping facilities.

"Lovely camp on the island, good for families - Beautiful camping in apple orchard directly on the island. Ideal for families with children. The camp is large, well equipped, well maintained. The location of the campsite is great for staying on site and also for traveling around - close to the Vilnius and the labyrinth of lakes.

"You have to see the CP; pure nature with many possibilities - Beautifully and extremely quietly situated CP in beautiful nature; the whole island in the large lake is the CP, good facilities even water at the pitch; own small sandy beach; small bathing lake with sauna; reserved boss with good English skills, but his employees also with good English skills are extremely friendly and service-oriented; Good, reasonably priced food in the campsite's own restaurant; well-maintained and clean sanitary facilities and campsite; well-equipped playground and sports facilities; level pitches, partly terraced and partially shaded; ideal for relaxing after a visit to Vilnius (approx. 60 km away). 60 km away) to end the day.

"Spend the night on the apple island - Beautiful location, friendly staff, it's worth a visit in itself. There is a very nice beach where you can also hire a boat and row around the island. If the weather is bad, you can sit on the terrace next to the restaurant.

" - The best campsite in Lithuania. And the price doesn't break the bank. Everything is perfect. Neat, private, clean, quiet, occupancy, space for campers and tents, rental cabins, strict noise rules, unrealistically beautiful location: the whole island is for camping. There is a beach with boat and bicycle hire, slides, food and drink in the café: cheap and tasty. Maybe the toilets and showers are a bit used, but that's not so important when everything around you is so nice, comfortable and cosy. Recommended for all four of us! Paradise in Lithuania is called Apple Island :)
