"Almost 5 stars - Despite the low season, the site was already quite busy, so it is advisable to make a reservation. The location on the outskirts of Vallon Pont d'Arc is very nice and practical, and you can be in the old town and the supermarket in just a few minutes by bike. Everything is very well-kept and clean, the sanitary facilities are very attractive. The large trees provide plenty of shade, but not on every pitch. The restaurant offers delicious food and the small store fresh baguettes etc. You can cycle to the Pont d'Arc in about 15 minutes, where there are very nice bathing spots. Kayaks can be hired directly at the campsite. The pool is nicely laid out with several pools, but there are too few sun loungers and parasols, we couldn't always find a place in the shade, although we were there in June and the campsite wasn't fully booked. There are no sun loungers on the riverbank and virtually no shade, which is a shame. The path and entrance to the river over stones is very steep and slippery, the metal railing is very hot. Swimming is made a little difficult here, although it is a very beautiful spot. Only suitable for children to a limited extent, it gets deep quickly and has a strong current. The Grand comfort pitches are often not the designated size of approx. 140 square meters. Our pitch was 110 m², the neighboring pitch less than 100 m² and the pitches around it were apparently no bigger. There are moles on some pitches, our pitch was particularly badly affected and consisted almost entirely of mounds of earth. It was only usable with an additional ground cover. However, most of the pitches have grass. The pitches are separated from each other by a few hedges. We had 2 pitches next to each other with friends and could therefore use one part together, which is very practical.

"Perfect! - The perfect place for families with children through to the older generation. This is the 4th time we've been here, and not without reason. The entire sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. Special thanks to the service staff. This campsite can be an example for many others in this respect. Many thanks for that.

"Dream system - This campsite deserves its 5 stars! The very spacious pitches are located in a beautiful park directly on the Ardèche. Everything is landscaped and maintained like in a park. Top sanitary facilities, we had a private bathroom, spread over two houses, always meticulously clean. Good restaurant (with room for improvement, both in service and dining), tennis, three pools, sports facilities, children's playgrounds - everything is there. But not 08/15 but like a 5 * club resort. A few kilometers away is the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, where you can stroll around and of course eat delicious food at normal prices. Conclusion: We always like to go to Leading places, this one is something special and is one of the best in Europe. We were delighted, give it 6 stars and will be back.

"Very nice, local place directly on the river - A particularly comfortable site with spacious pitches, well-equipped and clean sanitary facilities. Spacious pool area, restaurant, very well-stocked store by camping standards, canoe rental: everything available. Sauna etc. can also be used for an extra charge. The price is comparatively high, but you get a lot for it. The Chauvet Cave is a first-class cultural attraction nearby.

"Great campsite - We stayed at the campsite for 3 days on our way back from Spain. So not primarily for kayaking, even though this is a priority in the region. But we also did other nice things, such as cycling, walking along the river, visiting the lavender farm and of course exploring the absolutely charming little village. Very warm and friendly welcome, English-speaking reception - some even speak German. Very friendly staff in other areas too (bar, supermarket). Great location on the river, several good & very clean sanitary blocks. Restaurant a little expensive (France), well-stocked supermarket and absolutely great pool area. The charming village is easily accessible by bike (also on foot) with many small stores, large supermarkets and many restaurants/bars.

"Beautiful place - It was our first time in the Ardèche and we had chosen this site as one of our favorites. After looking at another favorite in Vallon Pont d'Arc, which didn't meet our expectations, we went straight to Camping Parc L'Ardechois. The site fully met our needs and expectations of a clean, well-kept site. We didn't really have anything to complain about. Always important: the sanitary facilities. They were very clean and were cleaned several times a day. Unfortunately, there were no toilet seats, but you can make do with that. The pitches are spacious and have a water connection and electricity. However, please note that several pitches share the power distribution. So take at least 20 to 25 meters of cable with you. There is a well-stocked store with continuous opening hours from 07:30 to 20:00. The restaurant is very nice, but the food still has some room for improvement. Conclusion: A really great place that is not quite cheap, but has a lot to offer.
