The staff gave us and all the other guests a very cold reception—they were overwhelmed, showed no empathy, and were even mean and arrogant. In short, stay away.....!!!! The only positive thing was Christine and her two waitresses at the restaurant...

Replace the front desk staff or offer customer service training, because there is work to be done.

Terrible uneven pitch covered in tree routes and mud, dark, roller block from 1960s and no sleep as the noise from an over night rave close by

Great campground within walking distance of Avignon. Nice sites. I’d recommend making a reservation—it was still very busy in early October. Clean restrooms, though a bit outdated, but a lovely hot shower.

Level the ground again when someone gets stuck in the mud, so the next customer can use it

The location was good

The toilet and shower block was very old and in desperate need of updating. The cleaners did their best but it was very smelly and the drain covers were open all over the site, so there is an obvious problem with the drainage system.

A campground in a great location near the city of Avignon

The campground is outdated and could use some renovations

The campsite was close enough so you could walk easily into Avignon. The toilets were kept very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The roads through the site had a lot of rain-filled holes and could do with repairing with extra gravel.

It was lovely standing under the trees, and across the water lies Avignon—just cross the bridge and you’ll walk right into this beautiful city

Very unsanitary. There was dog feces all over the campsite. The restrooms were very dirty, even after they had been cleaned.

We had a nice campsite; while the restrooms could use some renovation, everything was always spotlessly clean. The location is simply fantastic for exploring Avignon and going on great bike rides.
