Flower Camping Côté Lac Reviews

We had a wonderful stay. You’re greeted by a charming and very friendly person; the campground and restrooms are very clean; the kids can have fun and see animals; all the activities are free—even borrowing snowshoes, balls, and more... Right outside the campground, you’re right on the lake, where there are also plenty of activities for all ages. It’s a quiet, family-friendly campground—we’ll definitely be back 😉. Plus, there’s a snack bar with reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a place to stop over, don’t hesitate—you can also visit the nearby Marais Poitevin.

The campsites are a bit cramped and not marked off—there’s less privacy, but hey, it’s old-school camping, which isn’t bad either; you can chat with your neighbor without even getting up from your chair 😉. It would be nice if fishing permits were included for campground guests, because going into town to buy a 7-euro permit stings—especially just to say you’re fishing, since at the end of the day you don’t catch a single fish 🐠 and the regulars say it’s very rare to catch anything.
