Προφίλ
Welcome to Hammarsbadets Camping We are a little 4-star campsite overlooking a bay in the Baltic Sea. We offer terraced camping plots in hilly, scenic surroundings. We have a child-friendly laguna pool, 10 m diving tower and a wood-fire family … sauna for hire down by the sea. The mens/womens saunas in the large service building are free of charge. In the service building, there is an industrial dishwasher, which will do your dishes in 3 minutes and is included in the campsite fee. When the weather is good, we open our ice-cream café down on the beach. You can hire a boat, with or without an engine. If you are planning to visit Astrid Lindgren's World it is only 45 km away. In downtown Gamleby you will find a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques and a liquor store. There are cash dispensers as well. If you would like to take a day-trip, there are an abundance of ruins in the area (the closest one on site!). You may also want to visit the town?s agricultural museum with antique tractors and equipment. For those who enjoy cycling, the old road to Västervik that winds through the picturesque countryside by the water is a real pleasure. Do not miss the opportunity for a stop in the nature reserve. Of course you can take the same road by car, and arrive at Västervik from it's beautiful sea side, passing the castle ruins. ?Quiz walks?, pub-singer evenings, fire-fighting demonstrations and more are arranged on site during the peak season.

By car: entrance only from the street “Óbester”. In case arriving from the road “Haller”, through the street “Fehér Holló” you can get to the street “Vágóhíd”. From there turn to the street “Óbester”. At the end of it you … can find the entrance of the Camping Haller. GPS co-ordinates: 47o 28’ 33” N, 19o 04’ 58” E On foot: it worth to arrive from the road “Haller”. The campsite is situated on the line of the tram No. 24 at the station “Balázs Béla”. It is 5 minutes far from the station “Nagyvárad tér” where the blue line (alias No. 3.) underground stops. From the square “Nagyvárad” the campsite it is only one station far by the tram No. 24. From the Eastern Railway Station called “Keleti Pályaudvar” you can travel directly by that tram. From the Airport 1 and 2: by the blue bus No. “200” to the last station called “Kőbánya-Kispest”. From there by the blue line (alias No. 3) underground to the station “Nagyvárad tér”. From the square “Nagyvárad” the campsite it is only one station by the tram No. 24. By taxi: we suggest the Zóna Taxi. That company is the cheapest one from the airport. Their phone number is 36-1-365-5555. But they are standing at the exit.
