A place that has decayed over the years
When we visited the site for the first time about 5 years ago, we were very enthusiastic. A simple site, but a great location.

This year we were there again and were downright horrified:
- new, questionable parcelling out
- 2 sanitary buildings demolished and replaced by a single and much smaller one...
- men only have 3 toilets and not even a urinal
- Old men's sanitary building locked, all (!) women's toilets blocked
- if you don't know that and the neighbor flushes, you swim in the ...
- To describe the operator as unfriendly would still be a commendation
- Operator does not stick to his price specifications ("I'm the boss and I set my prices!")
- Operator is anything but open to criticism, feels like a Croesus

Conclusion: site an imposition, prices unacceptable, left the site after one night - never again!

Sanitary facilities small and very old
Breathtaking scenery
Campsite dominated by permanent campers, definitely book early and don't go without a reservation in high season. Approach with a large caravan very adventurous and not possible via the town! Very friendly reception, spacious pitches! Sanitary facilities unfortunately very small and very old! The town... is within walking distance and there's lots to do in the area. You can go crab hunting on the beach! Breathtaking, dramatic sunsets! We really felt at home here!

Very good location, very cozy and quiet campsite

2-person rental accommodation
Reception a bit hidden, but the groundskeeper was very friendly. There are 3 small 2-person cottages somewhat hidden behind a few caravans. The cottages are small but relatively compact with plenty of storage space. They were equipped with a single hob and a heater. The campsite itself was clean, with... many permanent campers (almost every camper had fixed wooden extensions). The toilets were clean, but certainly not enough for a large crowd. The showers are unfortunately quite difficult to use, but affordable with 5 SWK. 1 men's shower only cold despite inserting money...

Small and weak sanitary facilities.
Easy pitch at beautiful Fjällbacka
The site is located approx. 1 km south of the village and is situated between the rocks. You will hardly find it in the camping guides. Narrow access road. Mainly permanent campers. Only 10 pitches for tourers, a little out of the way, on a sloping meadow. Very old and basic sanitary facilities. There... even only 110 volts. Kiosk available, also with bread rolls, but you rarely and irregularly meet someone. This also applies to the reception. No supply/disposal for motorhomes. Pre-season SEK 210 + 50 (electricity) + showers is too expensive for this offer. CKE not required. Cash payment only. Fjällbacka is one of the most beautiful places on the West Archipelago coast. From here we have made worthwhile excursions to Hamburgsund (10 km) and Grebbestad (13 km).
