Very unkempt and everything looks old and run-down.
NEVER AGAIN
We booked a pitch in writing for June 21, 2021 and received a written confirmation. When we arrived at the campsite it was CLOSED !!!!
The place looks very unkempt. An apology from the owner present would have been an apology :-( Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the campsite.

Simple space with an unbeatable price-performance ratio
The biggest advantage of the place is its price-performance ratio. We paid 18SFR for car 2pers. and tent with tourist tax. The site is rather small and is situated between the river and the main road. There are quite a few flat pitches for tents. Electricity is only available at the reception area, so... if you need electricity you should bring plenty of cable. The sanitary facilities are quite simple and are housed in a converted barn. Although the plumbing boards are a bit swollen in places and the condition is not perfect, everything was clean. In addition, the showers are included, which is not a matter of course at the price of the CP. The road can be heard well from the campsite but was not very busy at night and was mostly drowned out by the noise of the river, so if you can't sleep well with a noisy river, the campsite is perhaps the wrong place for those who don't mind (like us) has a good starting point for hiking 300m to the lift towards the Aletsch Glacier.
