Definitely a CP that is worth it August 2024 We had a wonderful time at Campingpark Berzdorfer See: Piratencamp & Ferienpark Blaue Lagune A really beautifully laid out campsite with large 120sqm pitches. The second wash house is currently being completed. The first wash house is already really great, always clean and really well maintained. With a dog it is uncomplicated and there are many opportunities to run around. The water at Berzdorfersee is crystal clear, bathing shoes are recommended as there are lots of stones on the shore. The beach is open to the public and therefore unfortunately very crowded, especially at weekends. We didn't like the fact that everyone has access to the campsite just like that, the security still needs to be worked on, barriers with identification and access from the beach need to be secured. There are so many excursion destinations in beautiful cities such as Görlitz, Dresden, Zittau, Wroclaw in Lusatia and the Spreewald etc. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We did not like the fact that just anyone can enter the campsite, the access from the beach to the CP and the driveway must be secured so that only campers have access there.

New modern campsite
A brand new campsite. The pitches are huge and laid to grass. The parking areas for caravans or motorhomes are level and laid out with grass pavers. Electricity, water and waste water are available at every pitch. There is a separate area for guests with dogs. A multifunctional building is still under... construction. However, new sanitary facilities are already available. The reception, sales point with bread roll service and the 2nd sanitary building are currently still housed in containers. The few comfort pitches have their own sanitary building on the pitch. There is a sandy beach with a restaurant (snack bar quality). At weekends the beach is very busy with day visitors. There is a good restaurant in nearby Poland. There is no nudist beach on the entire lake

Cleanliness of the entire facility, friendly team, well-kept grounds, great plants, beautiful sanitary facilities, climbing park and mini golf just a few meters away

Number of toilets for men, new building under construction👍 Some bathers don't know that you can dispose of your own garbage instead of leaving it on the beach👎... Plenty of options available!!!
Beautiful campsite
We would love to come back and will definitely recommend the campsite to others. Many thanks for the wonderful time.

Lake with playground, climbing park and minigolf right next to the campsite. A play ship for children on the site

Weekend trip
We were there for two nights. Registration was quick and uncomplicated.
Everything is very clean, beautifully laid out with lots of plants, hedges between the pitches and the staff are friendly. Straight pitches with electricity, water and waste water directly on site.
Bread roll service is available every day.
It was a great short vacation.
