Very uncomplicated and well suited as a stopover
The campsite impresses with its uncomplicated procedure. You drive onto the site (a meadow behind the restaurant of the same name), look for a pitch and connect the electricity. Registration takes place from 6 pm. That's it. The sanitary facilities are simple and rustic, but clean and well-kept. It is... possible to order bread rolls. You can go to the on-site restaurant for dinner. Due to its location, the site is a good option for a stopover. As the pitches are limited, you run the risk of not getting a pitch.

As a caravan you can stand coupled.
Overnight stay
Well suited as an overnight stop on the way to or from the north, although a few kilometers from the freeway. Especially if you want to start or end your journey with a good meal. The restaurant is closed on Mondays! Bread roll service to order.

The campsite is an excellent place to spend the night when traveling to or from Denmark. Simply pitch up, pay from 18:00, order bread rolls and eat out in the evening. Friendly, clean and good, simple sanitary facilities.

Quiet place on large meadow behind restaurant. Ideal for transit >South/North < and vice versa and Kiel ferry terminal. Simple, clean sanitary facilities. Nice restaurant with good food.

The site is mostly used as a one-night stay for travelers to and from Denmark. You find a pitch and check in at the inn after 18:00. Good food at the inn. Nice town with good shopping opportunities. A little noise from the railroad. Possibility to cycle along small roads to Neumünster, where you pass a zoo. Reasonable prices. We have been coming there for several years.
